Anyways, I did it first try using bomb to make him panic and strangled him on the way back in the underground tunnel (as shown in the representation) after getting rid of:
-the guard there near a locker and the door to the garage;
-the bodyguard that keeps going behind a car near the target;
-an elite solider that was in the way of distracting the guard.

When will we get new ET's I wonder."
