Introduction
I got difficulties to unlock the Obsessive achievement even when following rogermore's guide. I surely found all audio terminals, audio logs and intercepted transmissions. I even loaded the last save game and traveled to all places again to get the "additional transmissions" (see alphabetsoup's quote in next chapter). I wasted many hours on that. Therefore I tried one final attempt.

This little guide just lists everything I did to finaly get the achievement. Some actions are not neccessary. But I list them anyway to show the whole picture...
Obsessive Achievement
This is a list of everything I did to finally receive this achievement:
  • Play the EVA-training.
  • Collect the 3 SSD in EVA-training (This really is not neccessary for Obsessive and not for "Hardiman Above All Else" achievement).
  • Collect the audio log in EVA-training. (This may have influence on the achievement.)
  • Find all audio logs (14).
  • Find all audio terminals (9).
  • Find all intercepted transmissions (8).
  • Collect all SSD. This is of course not necessary but helpful for the next advise:
  • Find all "additional transmissions"

    • Visit every place in the station.
    • Don't use shortcuts. When you are in open space travel though the wreckage parts of the station.
    • In SOLARIS you will reach a branching point where you can continue through a left or are right door. Both doors lead to dangerous electrified sections. Travel both paths. If you start left and keep always left you will come back to this branching point automatically. To reach the mainframe of SOLARIS you have to leave this ring path.
  • Listen completely to all audio terminal logs. Wait until the message ends.
  • Listen completely to all intercepted transmissions. Wait until the message ends or repeats.
  • Complete every task in the game. This is not necessary for the achievement, but to be sure...
    • Find and read all 6 e-mail terminals.
    • Find all astronauts. They count as "found" when Alex whispers their name.
    • Collect all astronaut's tokens.
    • Connect all four filtering systems.
  • Play the game in one single run. Do not die. Do not reload checkpoint. I hope this is not necessary to get the achievement. Luckly I neither died nor needed to reload. alphabetsoup mentioned a glitch where the loudspeaker symbol for transmission 8 becomes white again after reloading the game. I can confirm this issue. Maybe this has influence on the achievement and maybe there are more such issues.

Pragmatist, Repentant, Redeemed Achievements
According to the achievement description you have to collect a certain amount of astronaut's token to unlock them. On my first run I defently collected two tokens only but found 5 astronauts (found = Alex whispers their name). I got the Repentant achievement (find 3 to 5 tokens). Therefore I think the finding of astronauts count for the achievements, not the tokens.
