In Extended Relaxation in Story Mode, the video shows at 7:30 that there's a place to put a portal to exit after clearing the gap, but now there's an Aperture Science metal panel in the way that prevents that option. I do think that there have been some updates since these guide videos were made, but who knows if changes in the videos would happen?
(Upon recent further research, finding another video that had the updated version, let's just say I didn't think about the button and cube enough.)

Hey guys, help an old boy out. I can't figure out Chapter 3, Story Mode, and the guide doesn't seem to help. I am in the area that's on 3 floor levels. I got to the 2nd floor where the 2 red beams are with the buttons inside and I got the first red beam open, but when I pass through the blue one to get to the open red one, the red obviously closes. Clearly I'm missing something. The walkthrough seems to be able to do things I can't. Is there a simpler guide that doesn't jump about so much? Or is it true that the guide is outdated as some people have said?

Hi buddy, your guide is very usefull. There is only one thing which could make it better. Add mapnames to every achievement. Now i need to switch between 2 guides :steammocking:

This guide has helped me greatly, but some achievement criteria could have been explained better. I.e. video timestamps being where you actually start finding what you need for a given achievement. (Example: Chapter 2's curiosity) I had to watch the vids from start almost to finish to make sure i didn't miss anything achievement related. Regardless, even though i had to backtrack because of the guide errors it still helped me a great deal.

Also to people i see commenting this, the guide itself is not "outdated". It just needs better explanation. Something i hope Carrot Helper takes notice of. Other than that, the vids as entire vids carried me in my achievement hunting.

Also why are you looking at all the posters? Is that related to an achievement? You aren't explaining anything.
