The Suzune scenario has no choices to make, and can be found in the bonus scenarios menu, to access the bonus scenarios, press "tab" when on the character selection screen. You also will need the white bookmark, refer to the "The End?" achievement on how to get the white bookmark.

The True Ending is a different version of the original ending with a nonsensical moral about not shooting a terrorist that has killed thousands To get this ending you must choose the mercy options in the 18:00 time block, what follows is a summary of those choices.

The "Mean Clean" scenario is available after seeing all 85 bad endings in the main story, reaching the true end and completing both "Suzune" and "Canaan". Refer to the trophies above for information on how to do all that.

It may also be necessary to do both Jumps in the true end Epilogue: Near the end of Canaan's story there will be a Jump back to Maria and in Suzune's story there will be a Jump to Achi. Be sure to advance the text in both of those a bit and press f1 to bring up the main timeline and ensure that the Epilogue is complete and leads to "End".

Once you have done this, a few new Jumps will appear inside the blue text Tips at certain points in the story. Each of these will take you to a chapter of a strange but amusing side story. You will need to read through them in order:

Achi's path - 15:30
Read through the scene until after the van explodes and Canaan warns Achi about Alphard. Don't use W/S to read ahead or the new Tip won't appear. When you see the word "shirt" in blue text, open the Tip to access the new Jump. You'll get a mysterious "Keep Out".

Maria's path - 16:00
You should see "scene of the explosion" in blue text immediately. Open the Tip to access the new Jump. Watch the new scene until you get a "Keep Out".

Kano's path - 16:40
You should see "South Hill" in blue text immediately. Open the Tip to access the new Jump. Watch the new scene until you get a "Keep Out". At one point there will be a jump back to Kano but you can ignore it.

Osawa's path - 16:40
Read through the scene until you see Osawa facing the camera with Kajiwara behind him. At one point there will be a choice but it doesn't matter which option you take. You will see the word "mystery" in blue text. Open the Tip to access the new Jump. Watch the new scene until you get a "Keep Out".

Achi's path - 17:05
Read through the scene until you see "side of the road" in blue text, open the Tip to access the new Jump. Watch the new scene and at the end there will be a different credit sequence featuring some behind-the-scenes footage from making the game. At the end of this you will receive the Golden Bookmark and the trophy will unlock.

After completing the "Mean Clean" scenario (refer to "The Three R's" for instructions on this), bring up the timeline and select Minorikawa at 17:35. Start at the second choice ("A Common Name 2") and choose Option B, "Nakamura". Wait a few seconds without advancing the text and you will hear a Japanese voice with subtitles at the bottom of the screen. When you are told to "turn the dial", repeatedly rotate the right analog stick (I think you use your scroll wheel on keyboard) and the on-screen image will periodically become distorted. The input recognition can be a little finicky here. I've had the best luck if I start by pressing to the stick left and then turning it clockwise at the rate of about one rotation per second.

When done correctly, you will bring up a black screen with several pages of text. Once you read through this, the trophy will unlock.

After completing the Conspiracy scenario (refer to "Cry for Help" for instructions on this), bring up the timeline and select Achi at 17:05. Use the dpad or W/S to skip through the text until you see the "side of the road" Tip, which contains the Jump to the final chapter of the "Mean Clean" scenario. From there, skip to the last page and then scroll back up until the "Reread" option lights up. The text on screen should start with "Big Joe and Flaps tumbled to the ground." (Thanks to loc182 for pointing out this shortcut)
From there you can set the text to auto-advance and let the remainder of the chapter play out. At the very end, there will be a different final message with some directional words in all CAPS. Press those directions on the D-pad in order: (right, left, up, down). You will need to do this before the screen fades to black.

When done correctly, you will bring up a black screen with several pages of text. Once you read through this, the trophy will unlock. You will also receive the Prismatic Bookmark
