Facts:

Here's the list of what has been confirmed that you get a win:

-Enemy player leaves/disconnects
-Give up of the enemy player
-Kamikazee is last death of enemy player
-Water is last death of enemy player
-Regular death is last death of enemy player

Short: Everything counts towards it (you can check your progress in the highscore list, must say 17 on EVERY gamemode).

Gamemodes:

All 5 gamemodes.

Boosting strategies:

Basicly search a friend who opens a RANKED lobby and you join it via the RANDOM SEARCH (not the search where all games are listed! This will also list non-ranked matches!).
Set worms to 1 and use the give up tool until each of you got 17 wins (either use a sheet of paper, keep counting it or check your progress in the high scores).
Tipp: In the first few rounds, use skip go to also get the 25 sheep.
