After putting out the fire, go to this location and shoot the zombie:

Then zombie in pharmacy will come to life and reveal the doll:

Perfect dodge in a session 20-25 times, dying/retry allowed

Stare at the poster inside the shop for around 10-15 seconds.

The doll will appear on top of doughnut shop.

Mix Magnum ammo (Two high grade gunpowder).
Then go to Michael at the beginning of the demo.

If you already had or crafted the Magnum ammo when you are at the roof, you will have to go back to Michael again.

False, i did on Nemi near a car with no aiming, 21 times.

I think #18 the 20-25 perfect dodges is define as the slow motion dodge w/ the aim and firing a shot. I did the slow motion dodge only without aiming like 40-50 times no luck. Then started aiming and firing one round each time and the zombie activated.

Argh, stopped playing yesterday and just continued figuring out #20, just found it, can confirm, Craft MAG Ammo and talk to Mikhail, might need to get the Hose/Nemi to spawn

yeh ive tried it to so i can confirm the two high powered gun powder mixed into a magnum ammo and going to mikhail and going to to roof near the lift is where the bobble head is

I can confirm that number 20 is obtained by collect the two high-grade gunpowders (one located in the chain locked supermarket across from the toy store, and the other located in the pharmacy), mix these two gunpowders together to create MAG ammo. Then proceed back to where you started the demo, and listen to Mikhail talk about Carlos going to clear some rubble. After that, go back to the roof, and there should be a dead zombie next to the orange construction lift with the bobblehead next to him.

Thanks to /u/Jesusness, the final bobblehead has been found on top of the roof where #7 is. Requirements to get this bobblehead to spawn are the following: collect the two high-grade gunpowders (one located in the chain locked supermarket across from the toy store, and the other located in the pharmacy), mix these two gunpowders together to create MAG ammo. Then proceed back to where you started the demo, and listen to Mikhail talk about Carlos going to clear some rubble. After that, go back to the roof, and there should be a dead zombie next to the orange construction lift with the bobblehead next to him. apparently someone figured out how to get #20 There is three theorys on how to activate it one no damage run no picking up healing items or even getting bitten by zombies
