Basically you need to create a city and create an event in it.

The track I created was this one :



Number of laps : 1
Number of opponents : 3 (the lowest)
Difficulty : easy

As for the track creation itself, you'll need :

• A starter block (any)
  
• 4 turn blocks (I personally used 'Train lines turn')
  
• "3 straight line blocks" (any)

In the end, the track layout looked like this :



As for the race, I usually catch up with the other 3 cars by the end of the straight line and by the 2nd U-turn, I have enough boost to go straight to the finish line by passing everyone.
