Lets you have the original Dreamcast and arcade voices for the characters instead of the newer ones introduced in the 2001(PS2, XBox, Gamecube, PC) versions of the game.

NOTE: THIS DOES NOT AFFECT MUSIC! ONLY THE CHARACTER VOICES AND SOME SFX!

Back up the AFS files in your "Steam\steamapps\common\Crazy Taxi" directory.
Download the Dreamcast Voice and SFX Patch https:// mega . nz/#!WgtR3D5A!T1NQYD8TIlt0IJuMQsTadLPnFQy1zkCMm463noc7BG8
(Copy and paste the link and remove the space, I will soon find a more elegant workaround to this link blocking stuff)
When it finishes downloading, extract all the AFS files to your "Steam\steamapps\common\Crazy Taxi" directory. Click yes whenever it asks to replace files.
And you're done! Start up the game and the first thing you'll notice is that the announcer guy's voice is in higher quality, which will indicate it worked(Oddly enough, the voice clips and SFX were in higher quality in the Dreamcast version).

I downloaded this mod since another one i used still wouldn't give me sound effects and voices, but this one's still not working. Any tips? Thank you much!

thats bs that steam blocks mega links damn u steam for doing this it seems that steam is hell bent on not allowing us to share stuff like this on the service anymore

use spaces in your mega links and replace the . with (dot)
