there is an issue that causes the fps lock to be disabled on the loading screens, here's how to fix it.

1. go to your desktop and right-click on the background

2. select "Nvidia Control Panel"

3. go to "Manage 3D Settings"

4. under "program settings": click on "add" then select and add Bunny Hop League. Now find "Max Framerate", double left-click it then set the fps_max you want
