Generic British Carriages - Dual Tone 2 Tint Patch

Done as a request, this small mod updates my 'Generic British Carriage - Dual Tone 2' mod with slightly revised textures and a modified tint map.

What this does? The tint of these carriages has been swapped so that now the dark brown body of the carriages - rather than the cream panels - will be effected by recolour tinting.
