By Sun_Rendered
This guide will be going over what you're paying for when you buy new mercenaries or upgrades in the hiring den, both costs and what they fly. In the case of the airships, the armaments and how the upgrades change them.

Note: this info is based on enemy airship loadouts as encountered in normal mode on conquest.

@Soundingmass08 i dont think so? granted i havent played in a couple years but updates have been pretty sparse and i based the armaments off of what enemy versions had during missions

Is there a Typo for the Littoria Mk.III? Six CIWS is crazy

you gotta focus on only the main objective targets and ignore every normal targets to not increase your alert level too fast during early game. always pick score missions last as they will raise your level quickly. keep doing this and by the time you reach alert level 15 you'll have a sizable fleet, atleast enough to distract most enemies

I keep hitting a wall, at around my 8th territory taken. The enemy planes get to the point where all I can do is keep dodging missiles, getting in a kill or two every five minutes. My fighter wing contingent is small, and fairly incompetent, and enemy fighters are continually spawning around me. Conquest mode is made out of pain.

I haven't played in some months but my opinion is that its better to get all the airships while youre still in a lower alert level before upgrading them

How good are the Anura M-SAMs ? worth rushing ?

You can actually see how much Cordium a territory has, no matter if it's unlocked or not. If you see an orange node on a territory and it lifts up with that territory when you mouse over it, it's a Cordium source for that territory.

It's a real shame this game has no intent on actually impelementing a wingman/squadron command system like in AC5 and Zero... despite the game almost screaming for it. You've got these guys just flying in circles in the middle of each map and it's all just a bit unfortunate. Same in the campaign.

They actually made a team worth caring for, first time in a long time, and instead of fixing the command system and making it the heart of this, he just let them do whatever. Conquest has spawns far away from the main group, and they do not follow you no matter what.

I can only imagine how dope it'd have been to be able to tell Inferno to follow you, or to sent Beaker to one group and another to defend the airships. Just make Cycle Weapon the normal way of switching and dedicate the d-pad to commands.

Damn. That's unfortunate. Definitely got unlucky then. Thanks for the response and thanks for this guide! Always wondered what the airships you buy and upgrade had for armaments.

the cordium engines per territory are randomized every time. i suppose its possible to get a map where there arent enough same as its possible to get a map with way too many
