How to get Fallout NV RU running with NVSE

This guide is for all the depressed people like myself who want to play Fallout New Vegas modded with script extender but realised that they actually own the Russian copy, which doesn't work with script extender:( and have tried all the stupid fixes to no avail.

The easy fix:
1.
First off Download the 4gb patcher from nexus mods(link found here: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/62552)

2.
Secondly Download XNVSE (link found here:
https://github.com/xNVSE/NVSE/releases )

3.
Then you must both drag the patcher and XNVSE to your root directory and then left click and run only the patcher, then press the key it tells you to press.

4.
Lastly Congratulations! just launch the game via steam and now nvse will automatically load with the game.

xNVSE worked fine without patch but... If you install xNVSE, it usually means mods... Which would require patch.

hmm I dont know how to fix this, did you install script extender before doing the 4gb patch?

when i open the game it says updating ticket then brings me to a page saying
An error was encountered while processing your request:

This item is currently unavailable in your region
