its been a few days but I think it gives you 1/4ths extra? That means, in order to get a full belt, you only need enough factories to produce 3/4ths of normal production. Which is fine for tier one products like copper plates, but what about circuitboards for example. With proliforators I only need enough copper plate for 3/4 of circuitboards. what's 3/4ths of 3/4ths? That's how many copper plates you need.
Anyway I was glad to discover that the proliforator bonus applied even if the belts are full so you don't actually have to care. But I decided I'd go looking for a massive collection of perfected blueprints made by someone who isn't me, and stop caring about that side of the game.
