I can't downgrade because I have Episodes From Liberty City and for no apparent reason it redirects me to this guide

there was no solution basically, ended up making 3 different versions of gta4 because they all have their strengths + mod incompatibilities,, thanks for what you do though man i just wish i could physically beat rockstar to death with a chair

There is an option while downgrading that allows for you to have both new music and old music for Vladivostok, yeah.

Other than FusionFix lacking a few features, there's no downsides to downgrading

Ah, this probably explains the errors coming up with the Witness Crime mods and any other .NET script mods.

Are there any negatives with downgrading? Will the new music be removed? Id like both the removed and new ones together.

Im currently not doing anything with Fusion Fix, I think I read something about it not being compatible with downgraded versions

The main reason to downgrade nowadays is for IV SDK .NET
