Report a translation problem
I did a whole new search after I got to the mission and found this again. One of those "Ohhh yeahhhh, that thing.." moments.
Anyway, thanks for the guide.
I saw someone online, saying lvl 10 was needed, so I decided to grind a bit while doing side quests. I was lvl 15, could hack the door open, & still couldn't ride the elevator up until I completed more of the main quest line.
wish they would
found this out the hard way though..
shrug.
ty for posting this for others so they dont try to hard to be someplace they cannot access
devs need to make the areas locked and quests not avail until they are unlocked.. PERIOD.
