Blinded by the Light
Point the laser pointer in Alwyn's eye. To do this, you'll need to equip the 'Helping Hand', which gives you a laser pointer attached to your weapon. Simply start any level and point at Alwyn with it.

Gradius
Input the Konami code. While in the Armory, press 'Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A' on your keyboard. Start any level and the achievement will pop.
Video Rental
Find Alwyn's Blockbuster card. In the first level ('The Barrens'), look behind you. The card is the orange object in the spot marked below. Shoot it to unlock the achievement.
