But, even if I modify every single line that contains "framerate" the game doesn't care, in fact, I outright deleted lines just to see how the game behaved and not even a single crash, the game is simply locked in into getting locked at LESS than 30 fps.
So my only theory is that something else is forcing the game, but now go try to guess what it is.
Also, you say that AMD may be the thing screwing us, but doesn't steam deck have amd cpu? I have seen Killer is Dead running at 60 fps on steamdeck.
Gotta love technology and computers.
