before recruiting check if the prospect opinions match well with your leaders opinion if your leaders is orc / Good / loves deer dont recruit humans / evil / hates deer / dislike orcs or everytime you will talk to someone about orcs/deer or alignment his relationship with you will start dropping if he is around while you talk . I got myself a village full of orcs and when a i want to boost realtion with them i enlist them send them all close to a guest and i start a conversation with the guest when i talk about orcs everyone starts liking me a lot . Cant do it 2 times in a row by the way ,and i dont know whats the cooldown time for that. hopes it helps

ya i cant keep my guys happy i give them everything they want the tedioius micro management of equipting gear and making them happy sucks
