@Rogpog it sounds like the bridge opens at noon- not sure when it closed (I think it's around 6 or 7 am? Avoided the barrier by a few in-game minutes once, but I forget what time it was...) but I was at the roadside entrance just before 12 and the barrier/detour sign was up- as I went to reverse/turn around, the barrier disappeared and it was 12:01
