The 1Up achievement is gained when you collect 6 or more strawberries in a row. This may sound easy but it is a bit harder than you may expect, but with the proper route, it shouldn't be too difficult.

The reason why this may be a bit challenging is because you need to collect the 6 strawberries without "touching" the floor. You are allowed to walk on stable ground for a few frames but you should try using your dash and climbing more often instead.

"Stable ground" is ground that doesn't move which is why i'm able to stand on the moving platform.

The easiest chapter to do this on is the first one, the Forsaken City.
