Installation 1/2 - Getting the core
Installation 2/2 - Implementing the Bios
There are 3 diferent Bio Files you can use:
scph5500 - JP Games
scph5501 - US games
scph5502 - EU Games

Place the ones you want in Steam\steamapps\common\RetroArch\system
I cannot legally provide you with the files, but google is your friend and Reddit is helpful

Playing the games
From my experience, you need the .bin and .cue file. Have Retro Arch scan the directory that stores them both, and the game should show up on your library.

Compatibility Tool 1 - Ecm to Bin converter
Sometimes your legally acquired roms will show up has .bin.ecm, the following tool will convert those files to .bin

Download the tool here :
(Link had to be removed.. this vid will help you https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g08GbVxG8W0 )

How to use:

Drag you .bin.ecm file to uncem. After the program is done a .bin file will be created on the drageed file folder.

Compatibility Tool 2 - Bin Merger
Sometimes your rooms will come with several bin files, in this case, you can use a tool like CdMage to merge them into 1.

The following YouTube guide does a great job at explaining how to use:

Final Configuration
It should be working fine by now. But if you see yourself loosing frames here and there, I recommend you go into Settings-Drivers-Video and set to d3d11 or vulkan.

You can make your own .cue file using note pad assuming you have the .bin file:

Write:

FILE " TheGame .bin" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE2/2352
INDEX 01 00:00:00

Save it has TheGame .cue and you should be good to go.

Bin Merger? I use a cmd program called 'chdman' not only it merges not only the bin but the cue file as well and also compresses them down. And they're playable. Saved me a lot've storage.

You can also go on retro arch properties in the client and open the local files.
