Achievement guide for a digital edition of board game Talisman.
Guide is meant for everybody.
I will write description on how achievements are obtained; with additional tips on how to obtain them fast.

Introduction
Welcome to the Talisman: Digital Edition - Achievement Guide

This guide is meant for everybody casual players and completionists alike.
I will do my best to describe how to unlock each achievement.
Majority are self explanatory but some are a bit confusing and some are just luck based or take long time to setup hence why I hope this guide will assist you.

Under section "Suggestions on how to play" I will describe the way I did almost all these achievements, you are welcome to modify the tactic as you wish.

Certain sections of guide might be in 2 parts; Steam has 8000 character limit per section.

GRAMMAR MISTAKES ARE TO BE EXPECTED SINCE ENGLISH IS MY SECOND LANGUAGE :)
General notes after getting 100%
Q: How long is it gonna take to complete all achievements?

A: It took me 202 hours to get it from 0% to 100%, as stated in this guide, I've rushed anything I could rush, I've played hot seat private games and rigged the game to make it easier for me to accomplish them.



Q: Can you obtain them with normal gameplay?

A: Small percentage yes, but honestly I would say 80% of achievements require you to actually plan and work towards them from the start.



Q: Can I complete all of them with base game?

A: You can complete about 80-85% of game with just base game and playing weekly free expansions. As stated later in this guide, every Monday game gives one expansion for free for you to try.
There is 16 expansions and over the course of 16 weeks you could complete most achievements without any purchases.
On the other hand certain achievements require multiple expansions and also there is 20+ characters which are purchased individually or as a package that aren't included in weekly rotation.
Suggestions on how to play
Every Monday game gives a single expansion for free for people to try out, which allows you to unlock most achievements without buying the said expansion.
Game is fun and if you wish to support developer you are more then welcome to go to their store page.

Here is how you unlock expansions even if you bought them or are using the weekly free one:




I highly suggest you TURN OFF "No Respawn" under "House Rules"
That way you and other players can play until winning condition of the game is met.





As you level up your profile you will unlock Runestones.
Be sure to TURN THEM ON under "House Rules"
They are really useful early game and even later in game

HOTSEAT

Easiest way to obtain achievements is to play alone in a "Hotseat" game or playing versus "Local player"
That way you control every aspect of the game, and trust me certain achievements require a certain degree of setup that requires A LOT of luck to have in AI or Online games.
Be sure to remember to change from "AI PLAYER" to "LOCAL PLAYER" by just clicking on the button.


NINJA TACTIC

I play almost all of my games versus Ninja.
Reasons behind it:
  • He can Evade almost all encounters which is really useful since in most cases you want to keep them for your Main character
  • He can't take Followers, including followers which are mandatory for pick up
  • Since he can avoid almost all encounter he can land on locations such as Graveyard, Chapel, Church etc. and by choosing option "Don't Encounter" he will open additional Adventure cards which for me personally was often useful
  • Even if he has to fight, he has "Secret Strike" option which helps if you want to keep him alive


YOU UNLOCK ACHIEVEMENTS WITH YOU MAIN CHARACTER

In general your Main character is the ONLY ONE WHO CAN UNLOCK ACHIEVEMENTS.
This is really important, your Local player is just there for the ride, you don't bother giving him any useful items or give him opportunity to increase his stats and he should leave all Enemies to your main character to farm for himself


RUNESTONES

This one is up to preference
This is my go to setup in majority of games unless I focus on Craft.



Majority of fights are resolved with Strength and with reduced trophies needed to upgrade it you will quickly have 20+ Strength and just breeze through games.
I prefer taking extra 3 lives to give me some breathing space so I know I can lose some health without panicking where to heal (especially useful if you play as Evil character who can't heal at Chapel)
Needless to say you will know which Runestone setup you prefer or need based on game you are going into the more you play.
Which brings me to another point.


STRENGTH OR CRAFT PATH TOWARDS CROWN OF COMMAND

I prefer Strength, because other then Death puzzle it's much easier.
Craft one requires sacrificing either health or followers and "Pits" is just annoying when you get a bunch of Pitfiends to fight; but as usual per personal preference.


CHOOSING A WINNING CONDITION / ENDING

This one is situational.
If you are doing a certain ending for achievement then naturally you will choose that one.
But if I'm doing a generic run where I'm just finishing up some minor achievement I choose "Race to the Crown"
That way I know whenever I'm done with achievement in this game I can just rush to Crown of Command and the moment I land game is over and done.



LAST WORDS

Majority of descriptions will assume you play in a hotseat game, so if you aren't doing it be sure to read the steps I've made and modify your tactic accordingly.
As stated before this particular guide is made to make achievement hunting as easy as possible; you are more then welcome to obtain them however you wish; I just hope my tactic / explanation will help you clear any confusion on how the achievements are obtained.

Base Game - Characters
Assassination
As the Assassin, assassinate any creature or character




Assassin can "assassinate" any creature or character which doesn't allow them to roll the Strength dice during combat. Simply do it during any combat for the achievement.



Undecided
As the Druid, change your alignment




Druid can change his alignment once per turn at will, do it for the achievement.



Home
As the Dwarf, travel to the Mines




Have the Dwarf reach the "Mines" which is located following the bottom (Craft) path towards Crown of Command.



Graceful
As the Elf, move between two Woods spaces



During his movement before rolling the dice if Elf is located on any "Woods" space he can teleport to any other "Woods" location as part of movement and also unlocking the achievement.



Undead
As the Ghoul, raise an Enemy as a Follower




After defeating an Enemy creature in combat instead of taking it as Trophy you can raise it as a Follower to assist you for one combat.
Raise the enemy for achievement.



Charming
As the Minstrel, charm any Animal




Minstrel can avoid fighting Animals and Dragons, if you don't do it you can try to "Charm" them.
Simply roll the dice if your score is higher then it's Strength it will join you as a follower and unlock you the achievement.



Peaceful
As the Monk, increase your Pray score




Anytime you have an option to Pray (Example: Chapel, Graveyard, Temple...) Monk has an option to add +1 to Pray score, unlocking the achievement.



Spirit Slayer
As the Priest, destroy a Ghost




Priest special ability allows him to automatically destroy any "Spirit" without any combat.
While drawing Adventure cards during your play you will encounter a "Ghost" card, you need to roll a die to see where it will land.
Go there with your Priest to destroy him without combat and gain the achievement.






Prophesy
As the Prophetess, replace any Adventure Card




Prophetess special power is while drawing any Adventure Card/s, she can discard one of your choice and replace it with another.
Simply do that anytime during game for the achievement.



Persuasive
As the Sorceress, beguile another character




Sorceress special power allow her to beguile any character she lands, should she succeed you can take 1 gold or 1 object.
To succeed the following dice chart is used:
Evil character: 4, 5 or 6 on dice
Neutral character: 5 or 6 on dice
Good character: 6 on dice

TIP:
Be sure they have either object ot gold to take.
Not a bad idea to play against an Evil character or Druid how can change alignment to make it slightly easier.



Tough
As the Troll, heal yourself after rolling a 6 to move




As in description, if you are missing health and you roll 6 while rolling for movement you can instead regenerate 1 health instead of moving, giving you the achievement.



Dual Wielder
As the Warrior, kill an enemy with two weapons




Warrior has the ability to use two weapons during Physical combat.
Obtain two weapons during your gameplay and then encounter and win in Physical combat to earn you the achievement.



Powerful
As the Wizard, raise your total Craft to 10




Simple enough, while playing as Wizard, obtain / trade Trophies until you have at least Craft of 10 to obtain this achievement.
This Runestone might help and make it faster.


Base Game - Post Game Trophies
After every played game you go through an post game screen which gives your "Trophies" based on your performance within the game.
Majority of these Trophies will come naturally with your gameplay, so don't pressure yourself rushing them.
This is the list of achievements for those "Trophies"

EACH TROPHY CAN BE OBTAINED ONLY ONCE PER GAME


Spell Master
Earn the Spell Master reward 10 times



Spell Master is obtain by casting 3 spells in a single turn.
This is situational but overall not too difficult with certain classes.
Any class in theory can do it if you have enough Craft and you have a reliable way of obtaining spells.

Classes which are arguably best for this Trophy are:
Druid - Gain all spells (based on your Craft) when landing on Woods
Prophetess - Gain spell after you cast your last one
Wizard - Gain spell after you cast your last one

Expansion classes:
Warlock - Each turn start with full spellbook (Probably best one to do with)
Alchemist - Can purchase spells (If you have enough gold, super fast way to get spells)
Fire Wizard - Gain spell each turn
Apprentice Mage - Gains more spells each turn and when they spend them based on Craft

Each expansion has a ton of options and different spells which makes this achievement easy.
Key thing to remember is cast 3 spell in a SINGLE turn, hardest part is actually getting 3 spells you can cast in a single turn (Queued spells don't count)


Fate Weaver
Earn the Fate Weaver reward 5 times



Spend 10 Fate or more in a single game.
Not too difficult, if you are Evil you can replenish Fate on Graveyard for free or as a Neutral you can purchase it.
When play with Doomsayer it's crazy easy, gets Fate anytime somebody else draws enemy.


Spirit Destroyer
Earn the Spirit Destroyer reward 20 times




Have the highest amount of Spirit Enemies defeated in a game


Battle Master
Earn the Battle Master reward 20 times




Have the highest amount of battles won in game (versus non-characters)


Poltergeist Exorcist
Earn the Poltergeist Exorcist reward 10 times



This one often confuses people.
Poltergeist is a cursed Follower which forces you to move 1 turn per turn.
Only way to get rid of him is by passing any body of water, you can see on the map location on which you can pass across the river
Unless you have a Raft (which allows you to cross river from anywhere in Outer Region)

P.S. There are other way to get rid of Poltergeist, but to my knowledge they don't progress the achievement.









Hag Deliverer
Earn the Hag Deliverer reward 10 times



Similar to Poltergeist, "Hag" is little more annoying since she removes all of your current Followers and doesn't allow you to obtain new ones.
Only way to get rid of the "Hag" is go to the Village (Bottom right corner of map) and visit the Mystic, no matter what you roll it will give you the option to get rid of the "Hag"









Pied Piper
Earn the Pied Piper reward 10 times




Obtain the most Followers within a game.


Strongest
Earn the Strongest reward 20 times




Have the highest Strength within a game.


Most Intelligent
Earn the Most Intelligent reward 20 times




Have the highest Craft within a game


Trophy Master
Earn the Trophy Master reward 10 times




Have the most Trophies obtained in a game.


PvP Master
Earn the PvP Master reward 5 times




Have the highest amount of battles won in game (versus characters / players)


Big Spender
Earn the Big Spender reward 10 times




Spend the most gold within the game.


Winner!
Earn the Winner! reward 5 times




Win the Game


Revenge!
Earn the Revenge! reward 10 times




To obtain revenge you need to win in a pvp battle versus a player who defeated your before in game.

As the Merchant, swap an Object for a Magic Object



Merchant can trade items with other players, land on another player, choose a ordinary object and trade it for their Magic object.
(Be sure the other player has a magic object to trade)


A Perilous Journey
Move to the Plain of Peril after defeating the Lord of the Pit



Lord of the Pit is a monster which when defeated will move you to Plain of Peril space





Reap What You Sow
Roll a 6 when confronted by the Reaper



When your character encounters Reaper it needs to roll 6 on dice (using fate to reroll is helpful)




Into the Unknown
As the Sage, win the game without ever consulting the decks



Straightforward, play and win a game without using Sage's ability to Examine the deck, just be careful so you don't accidentally click on it.


A Tale of Good and Evil (where Evil wins for a change)
As the Dark Cultist, take a life from a character of Good Alignment



Playing as Dark Cultist attack another player who is Good alignment.
Don't take any item or gold, just click on player icon to take their life.


A Knight's Tale
As the Knight, slay the Miser Dragon



Straightforward, keep playing until you encounter Miser dragon monster (Strg 8) and defeat him





Don't Fear the Reaper
Kill 5 characters with the assistance of the Reaper



You can do this across multiple playthrough (with Reaper expansion turned on)
Your goal is to kill players (While your character rolls 1 on dice and moves Reaper on any player including yourself) and kills them.

It doesn't have to have additional 5 different player within one game.
You can play a hot seat game with yourself and every time Player 1 (You) rolls 1 on dice and moves Reaper try to land on any player yourself included and then roll 1 on Reaper die to kill yourself or other player; do it total of 5 times.


Bonus achievements that require The Reaper expansion:


Ninja Terminator
As the Samurai, defeat a Ninja in combat and take their Golden Statue



The Reaper expansion required
Samurai and Ninja characters required

Play a hot seat game as Samurai versus Ninja (something I suggest almost all the time and now it's part of the achievement hahaha)
Ninja needs to find Golden Statue object, then as Samurai defeat Ninja in combat and take it from him for the achievement.






No Genie Left Behind
As the Genie, rescue the Genie (Follower) from another character after defeating them



The Reaper expansionrequired.
Genie character required


In the Reaper DLC there is Genie follower.
Genie character has a special power that allows him to take followers when defeating another character.
So yeah, in a hot seat game, make sure you play versus a character that can obtain followers (not Ninja) encounter Genie, and while playing as a Genie defeat the character that holds Genie followers and take him for the achievement.


The Frostmarch - Expansion
Breaking the Bank
As the Leprechaun, stockpile more than 30 Gold



Leprechaun gains 3 gold everytime he lands on woods, keep farming until you reach 30 gold


Like a Boss
As the Ogre Chieftain, send a dominated Ogre into battle



Ogre Chieftain after defeating monsters or beasts can Dominate them to use as follower, after defeating the Ogre you have a brief (1-2 seconds) period to choose "Dominate", he will then become your follower until used in combat
(I got achievement when obtaining the Ogre, maybe you need to use him in combat)





I Have Done as You Asked
Win a game with the Warlock Quests ending



With “Warlock Quest” ending finish 4 quests and move your character to Crown of Command to win and obtain achievement.




Stay Frosty
Win a game by defeating the Ice Queen



With “Ice Queen” ending defeat the Ice Queen located at Crown of Command and win.




This is For You
Give another character some of your Gold



With “Warlock Quest” ending you get 4 warlock quests, keep restarting the game (Make sure to choose Warlock Quest every time you start a new game) until you get a quest called “Give another character one gold”, land on any player and after choosing “Encounter character” choose “Give 1 gold” and that’s it.





What Else do You Have Back There?
As the Warlock, take a card from the Purchase deck as a quest reward



While playing with “Warlock Quest” ending, finish Warlock quests and instead of taking the Talisman as reward, choose something else.


Enthralling
As the Necromancer, use an enthralled Spirit in psychic combat



Whenever you encounter a Spirit with lower Craft then yours you can choose to Enthral it. In you next combat using Craft you may choose to add Spirit power to your own in combat, doing so will unlock the achievement.


Come One, Come All
Use the Hydra Spell to cause a Spell to affect all 6 characters



Hydra spell will apply same effect of spell you casted just beforehand to every player in game.
What you want to do is make sure you casted a spell which can be applied to everybody (For example boost of Strg or Craft) and then after you cast it immediately cast Hydra spell to apply to to everybody.
Example: I played as Warlock with 5 Ninjas (Ninja can pretty much avoid any fight so they are easy to manage without them dying or anything, get enough craft to always have 3 spells and keep spending them everyturn so they get refreshed until you get Hydra spell with another spell that can affect every other player such as “Invisibility” or some thing like that
P.S. You can 2nd spell first and then instantly select Hydra spell and use it, you have about 2-3 seconds, and then select every other player, and achievement should unlock)





A Helping Sleight of Hand
Defeat the Trickster and have him steal an Object for you



Once you defeat the trickster it gives an option to steal an item from any other player, make sure other players have items on them, otherwise tricksters goes into your trophy pile.





Getting Ahead
Steal another player's turn



Simple enough, play as spellcaster character (Warlock for example) and use spells until you get “Time Steal” spell and Queue it to steal enemy turn.


What's in the Box?
Use the Treasure Chest (Frostmarch) to draw an Object



Use the card and when drawing 5 cards choose an Object





Pedlar Peddler
As the Pirate, sell the Pedlar on the black market



Pedlar is Stranger card available in Frostmarch expansion, play with Pirate character until you encounter him and “Press-Gang” him and sell him at Tavern for achievement


The Dungeon - Expansion
I meant to do that
As the Amazon, redo a battle you would have lost and go on to win



Whenever you lose or have standoff in a battle, you have an option to redo the fight, win the fight during your second chance to obtain the achievement.


Stand and Deliver
As the Swashbuckler, defeat a creature in order to take another turn



Easy as it gets, defeat any creature on map and as you end turn you will get another turn to play.


Contenders Ready!
As the Gladiator, use 3 trained Followers in a single battle



During the course of game, collect any 3 Followers, engage in battle and select 3 of them to assist you in battle (You won’t lose them)


Foresight Beats Hindsight
As the Gy*psy, use your power of foretelling to avoid 10 Events



After every Event card you have an option to be affected by it or not, choose not 10 time to unlock it.
Can be done across multiple playthroughs.


Existentialism
As the Philosopher, replace 5 cards from the board



Fairly easy, as you move around the map and leave adventure cards behind and if you land on them again you can Replace them for another card.
Can be done across multiple playthroughs. (Easily done in one)


Keeper of the Hag
Trick the Dungeon Keeper into taking your Hag



This one might take longer to obtain, roam the map until you get Hag, then proceed to Dungeon area and keep exploring area until you encounter Dungeon Keeper; he will take the Hag from you and unlock the achievement.





Beyond the Looking Glass
Have the Lord of Darkness teleport you straight to the Crown of Command



Make sure your ending isn’t “Winner takes all” (Defeat Lord of Darkness)
After you defeat Lord of Darkness and choose reward he will teleport you to Crown of Command.


I'm Not Fighting That!
Evade the Battle Hulk



To obtain it you need to encounter Battle Hulk and choose Evade.


The Highlands - Expansion
Savings Snatcher
As the Rogue, take all the Gold from a character that currently has 5 or more



Attack character who has 5 or more gold, after you defeat him choose to take gold from him.
(It will automatically take all the gold)


There Can be Only One
As the Highlander, kill another Highlander character



In a game with 2 or more Highlanders, player 1 must take the last life of the other Highlander.

TIP: Start game with 2 Highlanders player controlled, keep trying to cross the bridge to inner region and lose life with 2nd Highlander, when down to 1 health, try to catch each other and use "Charge" skill to have extra chance of winning the fight and taking the last life.


Waste Not, Want Not
As the Alchemist, alchemise 20 pieces of Gold



Obtain and spend 20 gold by swapping it from gold to either Fate, Health or Spell.
Can be done across multiple playthroughs.


Hey, Watch Out!
'Accidentally' cause the Tumbling Boulder to land on another character



You need to encounter Tumbling Boulder card and make sure there is a player within 6 spaces behind you in "Highlands" area for them to take damage.
(I was lucky by having other character exactly 6 spaces behind the boulder, unsure if the character needs to be exactly 6 spaces behind or just take damage as the boulder passes through it)


Climb to the Top
Make your way to the Eyrie and defeat the Eagle King



Reach the end of "Highlands" and defeat the Eagle King at least once.


Dragon Tamer
Use the Dragon's Eye to capture and use a Dragon in battle



Obtain Dragon’s Eye (Highest chance to obtain it would be in Highlands area)
Encounter any Dragon type enemy, don’t attack it, use the Dragon’s Eye item to enslave.
During your next combat the Dragon’s Eye will automatically apply Dragon’s strength to your own and unlock achievement.





The Cursed Hand of Doom
Cause all players to lose the game



Choose “Hand of Doom” ending.
When you end up on Crown of Command you want to roll 1 on die to unlock achievement.




Sharp Eyed Friend
Use the Magpie to find an Object quicker than usual



Obtain Magpie as follower.
Reach a part of map where you have item(s) stacked with enemy card or something similar.
The moment you reach that stack Magpie follower allows you to take the item first instead of going through all encounters first; doing so will grant you the achievement.





Sharing is Caring
As the Vampiress, relinquish one or more of your followers to the Vampire at the Vampires Tower



Obtain at least 1 follower before heading towards Crown of Command.
Follow bottom path (Craft path) on "Vampires Tower" field after you roll the dice discard at least one follower to vampires to obtain the achievement.


Kindred Spirits
As the Sprite, have the Pixie and encounter a Fairy



This one might take some time depending how lucky you get.
Playing as Sprite you need to obtain "Pixie" as a follower and then encounter "Fairy" while having a Pixie as follower.
Ideally you want another character (somebody with Evil or Neutral alignment, such as Ninja or Druid who can change alignment) to find "Fairy" so you can avoid it while you search for "Pixie".
Avoid Hags or anything that might risk losing followers.








Keeping One's Intentions in the Dark
As the Valkyrie, pray at the Graveyard with Good Alignment



Super easy, got it on 2nd turn.
Valkyrie can land on Graveyard with Good Alignment and still pray, do it to unlock achievement.
The Sacred Pool - Expansion
The Bigger Man
As the Chivalric Knight, assist a character with more strength than you in a battle



Character can assist anybody in same region in battle (if they have more strength then you)
Simply assist and you are done.

TIP:
You can use Runestone to give other player 5 strength at start of game, and don't give yourself same one, second character should engage in physical combat whenever possible and Chivalric Knight can assist them.


Don't You Die on Me!
As the Cleric, save a follower from death



Cleric can stop follower from dying by using fate to resurrect the follower.
Probably fastest way to obtain is by having a few followers and moving to middle region into the Chasm, which kills followers if you roll 1 or 2 on die.
Make sure you have Fate to use it.




Dark Betrayal
As the Dread Knight, defeat the Fel Steed



I’ve found Fel Steed fairly often playing this DLC, just defeat it with Dread Knight and you are done.






The Unsullied
As the Magus, use 3 indoctrinated followers in a single psychic combat



Magus can use all followers for added modifier on Psychic battles, collect at least 3 and use them in a Psychic battle for achievement.


Free Ride
Use the Spiteful Imp to teleport to the Crown of Command



This one is not so much difficult; it just takes a certain setup and time.
Start a hotseat game with yourself and with default "Crown of Command" ending.
It’s highly suggested you use Propethess since she can swap card and make it a little faster.
Second character needs to obtain Amulet item and go to Crown of Command, due to Amulet item it can’t cast the spell and will just endlessly end turns there.
Use Player 1 and just move around the map opening adventure card until you encounter "Spiteful Imp" card which will forcefully teleport you to the character at "Crown of Command" giving you the achievement.

Patience is key, it could take anything between 20 - 200 turns. (1-4 hours give or take)








Aww, You Shouldn't Have…
Receive 5 or more gold from Generosity



Generosity is a spell which takes all the gold from other characters.
Ensure the other has 5 gold or more and then "Queue" to spell to obtain this achievement.

TIP:
Queued spell will take affect on next character turn, ensure the character after yours has at least 5 gold.





Vicious Plays
Use Misfortune on a player rolling for Vindication



Play with any character that can replenish Spells easily (Druid from base deck is a decent example)
Play a game and spend spells until you obtain both "Vindication" and "Misfortune".
Cast Vindication on yourself / somebody else and instantly after that cast Misfortune (which will kill you) and get the achievement.

TIP:
When you cast spells you have a small time frame of spell being cast which allows you to cast another spell, be sure to use that small time frame to cast spell requires in this case casting "Misfortune" straight after "Vindication"







Fighting Wrath with Wrath
Use a Wrathborn Wand to defeat a Wrathborn Cultist



Find "Wrathborn Wand" item and fight in Psychic combat with either "Wrathborn Cultist" or "Wrathborn Witch" to obtain in.





Chaotic Neutral
Have both the Profane and Holy Relics



Obtain both "Profane Relic" and "Holy Relic" on same character at the same time.
Be sure to Neutral alignment (Druid class probably best for this)

With “Judgement Day” ending, reach the Crown of Command and have 4 or 5 or more on total dice and modifier roll with at least 1 more person with alignment as yourself.
(Better have 2 extra players along yourself to ensure this happens)

Sadly I don't have a proper advice on how to ensure to get either 4 or 5, I sort of had one vote against and one vote for and relied on dice mostly and used fate; I got the achievement on my second attempt.


Demon Vanquisher
Kill the Demon Lord



Choose “Demon Lord” ending and reach the Crown of Command and defeat him.


The City - Expansion
High Profile Prisoner
As the Bounty Hunter, gain 6 gold from a character bounty



On "City Gate" (and few other way) you can obtain "Wanted Poster".
Pick up posters containing “Wanted Good/Bad/Neutral character”
And attack another character with appropriate alignment to the wanted poster.
Once you defeat the said character roll a die and get 6 on a roll to obtain this achievement.

TIP:
Play in a hotseat game Bounty Hunter versus Druid, everytime you pick up a wanted poster the Druid can change alignment based on what you need for the Wanted poster and keep repeating it until you get 6 on dice once you complete the Bounty.
I recommend also recharging / buying Fate in "City" part of map at “Soothsayer” so you have a second chance on every time you do this.



The Heist
As the Cat Burglar, Burgle the most expensive item from a shop



Cat Burglar can steal items whenever you have option of buy items.
Steal the most expensive item to obtain achievement.

TIP: Possibly fastest way is to reach “City Gate” where you can obtain wanted poster, they are all worth 1 gold and you easily steal it with almost no effort.



Controlling the Elements
As the Elementalist, automatically defeat an enemy Elemental



Fairly easy, go to City part of map and keep drawing cards until you encounter of "Elemental" creatures, your character will immediately banish him and give you the achievement.



From the Shadows
As the Spy, shadow a character in order to encounter another



Playing as Spy, you have a power to teleport (Shadow) any character on board.
Ensure 2 character are in the same spot and then Shadow on of them and choose “Encounter Character” and you’ll be done.

TIP:
I’ve tried starting a game with 2 Ninja’s and I Shadow during round 1; sadly didn’t work for me.

So fastest way (within 5-10 rounds) I’ve found do this is to send both Ninjas towards “Sentinel” (Bridge towards inner) to fight him and Auto Lose versus him and at some point both of them while losing will end up together on same square, Shadow on one of them then and “Encounter Character” and you are done.



This Round’s on Me
As the Tavern Maid, pour a drink to more than one character on the same space



Playing as a Tavern Maid you need to encounter 2 or more characters on same space and pour them drinks.

TIP:
Easily done in round 1.
Start a hotseat game with a Tavern Maid and 2 Ninjas; roll dice until you get 5 or 6 and move in their direction, the moment you pass over them Tavern maid will stop giving you option to Pour them a drink, do for both characters and you are done.
(If you get 4 or less then just restart the game and repeat the process)



I Know What Makes Him Tick
As the Tinkerer, defeat a Construct and take it as a trophy



Tinkerer has a power that allow him to make "Construct" type of enemies as his "Automated Followers".
Simply spend time in City part of map and encounter cards until you encounter a "Construct" type of enemy and defeat him AND take as trophy to obtain this achievement.



Hired Hitman
Pay the Assassin to take all of a character’s lives



Once you encounter Assassin card you may pay him to take lives from other characters.

TIP:
Easily done if you play versus only 1 character.






Prison Break
Escape from Jail



While playing in City section of map you will most likely end in "Jail" at some point.
Once you escape you will obtain the achievement.



Jackpot!
Win the Lottery



Encounter "Lottery" card, roll die with everybody and have the highest score to obtain the achievement.





Kitted Out
Have the Flail and Full Plate



Straightforward, when in City section of map visit "Armoury" two times and obtain both "Flail" and "Full Plate"
(11 gold total if you are buying them, or you can fix "Broken Armor" which gets fixed into Full Plate)



Potent Potables
Drink five potions in the same turn



In City section map visit "Apothecary", paying between 1-3 gold gives you 1-3 potions (1 to 1 ratio)
Obtain at least 5 potions and drink them in a single turn to obtain this achievement.

TIP:
Certain potions are situational so I visited Apothecary three times to obtain 9 potions total and had a nice variety of potions I drank in a single turn.
(Potions don't take additional inventory space)



Damaged Goods
Repair a broken sword or armour at the Armoury



Obtain either "Broken sword" or "Broken Armour" item and visit the "Armoury".
Before clicking “Visit Armoury” button; click on either Broken sword or Broken Armour and pay either 1 or 2 gold to repair it to obtain the achievements.
(There is no interaction to fix either item while inside the "Armoury" shop, it has to be done before entering the shop)







It's a Living
Claim 15 gold in bounties in a single game



On "City Gate" of "City" part of map you may find "Wanted poster" which usually come in 3 different variety such as “Bring Spirit Trophies”, “Bring Monster Trophies”, “Defeat Neutral Character” etc.
And each "Wanted poster" has different gold rewards.
Obtain 15 gold or more by bringing trophies to "City Gate" to obtain this achievement.


Tortoise and Hare
Have Terrance and Hopper



In "City" section part of map visit "Menagerie" shop to purchase a Pet.
Keep buying until you have both Terrance (Tortoise) and Hopper (Bunny) pets.
(Some adventure cards give pets as reward also)







Master Thief
Win the game with the Thieves' Guild ending



Start and win a game with Thieves Guild Ending





Filthy Rich
Win the game with the Merchants' Guild ending

The Nether Land - Expansion
What's in the Box?
Eliminate all other characters with Pandora's Box and win the game



Start a game with "Pandora's Box" ending.
Reach the Crown of Command and you'll give six "Nether Deck" cards to other players, the goal is to have those cards to kill your opponents in order for you to win the game and grab the achievement.

TIP:
Playing a hot seat game and having a single low stats character with low health will make it much easier since "Nether Deck" cards can be quite powerful and can sometimes insta kill you unless you meet certain criteria.






Elpis
Survive the contents of Pandora's Box and win the game



Start a game with "Pandora's Box" ending.
Similar to "What's in the Box?" achievement your goal is kinda reversed, your goal is to not encounter the Crown of Command and have other character do it.
By doing so you will be in reverse situation and you need to survive 12 "Nether Cards"
(You need to survive 6 x (number of players in game) in this case that would be 12)
Should you succeed in doing so, player on Crown of Command will be killed and everybody else will win.

TIP:
It's great if you could bring player who will arrive to Crown of Command with low health, certain cards you encounter from Nether Deck take health from everybody in game, so you could kill the character before even facing all of the cards; because these cards can be tricky, and could easily insta kill your character on a failed roll.






What Was That Thing?
Defeat a Polymorph or Changeling



You'll probably do this while finishing ending and getting cards "Nether Deck"
Fairly simple you'll encounter either Polymorph or Changeling roll a dice and get certain difficulty monster to fight; defeat it and grab the achievement.









Braving the Gauntlet
Successfully navigate the Gauntlet



Start a game with "The Gauntlet" ending.
At the start of the game Inner region of map will automatically have each field with cards from "Nether Deck"
In order to win you need to as per usual ascend towards the Crown of Command on top of that also deal with "Nether Deck" cards.
Survive the ascend and you'll win and get the achievement.






The Nether Hunter
Win the game with The Hunt ending



Start a game with "The Hunt" ending.
During the course of the game everytime you draw and Adventure card it offers you a choice to "Replace Card"; should you do that it will draw from "Nether Deck", encounter and survive the card and you will get it as a "Nether Deck Trophy".
Defeated enemies are kept as standard Trophies until they are exhanged for stats; after you do that, they will become "Nether Deck Trophy"
First playe who reaches the Crown of Command with 4 or more "Nether Deck Trophies" will win the game and get the achievement.


The Blood Moon - Expansion
Not All Doom and Gloom
As the Doomsayer, in one turn, replenish one fate and gain one spell as a result of any player drawing cards

Not so difficult as much as RNG, Doomsayer can replenish fate everytime a Enemy card is drawn and can get a spell every time an Event card is drawn.
So the trick is to draw both types of those cards in same turn.
My advice is playing hotseat game versus Ninja (he can evade most encounters and can’t pick up followers allowing for having safe spots to land on) and reach inner circle and move between Oasis (Draw 2 cards) and Hidden Valley (Draw 3 cards) and be sure you have both Fate and Spells spent (so you can actually get it when drawing cards) and well at some point you will draw both Enemy and Event card which will regen Fate and give you spell and giving you the achievement also.



One Man's Trash…
As the Grave Robber, draw an object from the top of the discard pile



One of Grave Robber abilities is that every time you are about to draw Adventure Card it gives you an option between an Unknown card or one from discard pile already used in the game so far.
Achievement will unlock if instead of drawing a new one you choose to draw an Object from discard pile (it will most likely be a bag of gold, or you can intentionally go sell some object at Alchemist to increase the chance of getting the object to draw from discard pile)



Mr Pointy
As the Vampire Hunter, find the Wooden Stake



Simple, while playing as Vampire Hunter find and pick up Wooden Stake item.





Laid to Rest
Use the Wooden Stake against the Vampire Prince



You need to obtain Wooden stake and face Vampire Prince enemy.
Once you fight him be sure to choose Wooden stake at start of fight and then during fight activate it.
You will unlock the achievement the moment you use the card, winning the fight is optional.
P.S. If you encounter Vampire Prince while encountering "City of Shadows" card and using Wooden Stake on him will NOT work







Meet My Master
Force another character to roll on the Werewolf's chart by beating them in combat



Fairly simple, player 1 needs to have lycanthropy and must encounter another character who doesn’t have it. Win in a fight and you will unlock this achievement.



Lycanthropish
Remove your lycanthropy status using Wolfsbane



Find Wolfsbane object card and use it when you have lycanthropy to remove the curse.





Wolf Among Us
Encounter Growing Suspicions with a lycanthrope in the game



Self explanitory, I had few lycanthropes in my games so when I encountered this card after rolling it just unlocked itself.






The Pack
Win the game as a lycanthrope with the Blood Moon Werewolf ending



Under “House Rules” for games put a check mark on:
✔ Hidden Ending
Doing that will allow “Blood Moon Werewolf” ending to be chosen.
During the game obtain lycanthrope curse and reach the Crown of Command and kill all players to win game and obtain achievement.






Silver Bullet
Win the game by defeating the Blood Moon Werewolf



Under “House Rules” for games put a check mark on:
✔ Hidden Ending
Doing that will allow “Blood Moon Werewolf” ending to be chosen.
Be sure you don't have lycanthropy curse and reach the Crown of Command and defeat Blood Moon Werewolf 4 times in a row to win and get the achievement.


Light Bearers
Win the game with the Lightbearers ending



While playing with “Lightbearers” ending be sure to win before time runs out.
You don't have a lot of time to do this. You get 2 days per character in game.
Everytime you encounter an "Event" card it switches between Day/Night cycle.
So you ideally wanna grab a strong character (such as Assassin) pump some Strength Runestones on hime, farm some creatures to reach 10+ strength, obtain Talisman and run towards Crown of Command.

TIP:
If you still have problems, add more players in the game and use similar tactic as stated above.





Charity
Give all your gold to one of your allies



Can only happen while playing with “Lightbearers” ending.
When you land on any character give them all your gold.



Daywalker
Win the game as a lycanthrope with the Lightbearers ending



While playing with “Lightbearers” ending win the game while also having lycanthropy.
(I unlocked both Light Bearers and Daywalker in one go)



Into the Void
Meet with a terrible fate



Under “House Rules” for games put a check mark on:
✔ Hidden Ending
Doing that will allow “Horrible Black Void” ending to be choosen.
Play the game and reach Crown of Command, doing so will get you to lose the game and unlock the achievement.




The Firelands - Expansion
The World Is My Backyard
As the Nomad, encounter the same space as last turn after a Terrain card has been placed on it



Nomad can spend 1 fate to encounter same space as she did last turn.
After you encounter / draw Adventure card and as a result you place a Terrain Cardon your current space be sure to spend 1 fate and Encounter same space again next turn to unlock the achievement.

Imperial Insurgent
As the Warlord, conscript another character's follower



Warlord can recruit / conscript any follower.
Obtain a follower after defeating another character in combat
Fairly easy, as soon as another character obtains a follower try to catch each other up and win combat and grab the follower for achievement.


Whirling Dervish
As the Dervish, move 5 or more spaces after defeating an enemy



Dervish power is after each Physical combat he can move the amount of space based on enemy challenge rating.
To obtain this achievement you need to defeat an enemy with 5+ rating and afterwards move 5+ spaces.



Rebound
As the Jin Blooded, bind a Spell and use it against the original caster



Jin's special power allows him to spend 2 Fate to essentially take any spell being used against him to either cancel it or use somewhere or on somebody else.
For the achievement you need to essentially return the spell into original casters face.

TIP:
In a hot seat game play against any spell casting character (such as Wizard who starts with 2 spells), hopefully you'll get a spell that can be use against your main character and simply spend 2 fate, and use the spell on same caster which cast it on you.
It could easily be done in 1st round, you can keep restarting the game until you get a spell you can use.


Accidental Arsonist
Cause the City or Temple to go up in flames



I've encountered this card at some point and got the achievement.
The other one should do the trick also.








Boss Noble
Defeat one of the Noble Ifrits



Encounter and defeat one of "Noble Ifrits"
Example:





Old Drunk of the Sea
Part ways with the Old Man of the Sea at the Tavern



Encounter a Cursed follower "Old Man of the Sea"
You'll be forced to take him and the only way to remove him is to bring him to the "Tavern"
As per description of the card he can easily kill your character so be sure to rush and bring him to the "Tavern" as soon as possible
P.S. I was unlucky and my "Tavern" field in one of my game was destroyed (Terrain was changed on it) so I wasn't able to get rid of him, so try to make sure your "Tavern" field is always functional if possible





Ifrit Born
Take no damage when ending your turn on a space with Fireland tokens



Obtain the "Ifrit Cloak" item
Afterwards simply land your character on any "Fireland token"





Restore the World
Use Restore the World to remove a Terrain card and a Fireland token from a space



Obtain the Spell "Restore the World"
Be sure to cast in on Terrain card that ALSO has Fireland token

Twisted Firestarter
Use a card effect to burn another player's Card



I personally obtained "Inferno Spear" item and attacked my opponent which has an item on himself.
After I defeated him in battle and took his life it allowed me to burn one of his items giving me the achievement.
I've added few more card which essentially have same effect.












Predestined
Win the game with A Hero Rises ending



Choose "A Hero Rises" ending, obtain at least 13 fate and reach Crown of Command.





Firewalker
Win the game with the Spreading Flames ending



Under “House Rules” for games put a check mark on:
✔ Hidden Ending
Doing that will allow “Spreading Flames” ending to be chosen.


Play the game and reach Crown of Command, afterwards all characters will be teleport'ed to Outer or Middle region per choice.
Last player standing is the winner and it unlocks the achievement.







Hot Potato
Pass on the Crown of Flame to another character



Under “House Rules” for games put a check mark on:
✔ Hidden Ending
Doing that will allow “Crown of Flame” ending to be chosen.

Play the game and reach Crown of Command, afterwards all characters will be teleport'ed to Outer Region, the character which landed on Crown of Command has "Crown of Flame", I suggest you teleport next one of other players and during your turn when you roll for movement land on other player to give you the option to "Give Crown of Flame" and that's it




The Dragon - Expansion [Part 1]
Home Sweet Home
As the Minotaur, successfully navigate the Maze



Might take some time (probably done faster with base deck) but your goal is find and encounter the "Maze" adventure card. Be sure to have Craft 5 or above.






Bountiful Hunt
As the Dragon Hunter, trade in a trophy from each Dragon deck at the same time



Tricky and simple one.
City DLC Expansion is required and activated for this achivevement.
Obtain a Trophy (defeat a creature) from all three Dragon Lords (Red, Green and Yellow) go towards City section of map towards "Academy" and trade it AT THE SAME TIME (It's vital)
This is second hand information and apparently should work






Mine is Bigger
As the Fire Wizard, destroy a Dragon that has a breath attack with your fireblast



Fire Wizard has a special attack which allows him to "Pyroblast" enemies.
Should you pass the attack roll you insta destroy enemy.
Idea is to reveal a Dragon which has a "Breath attack", trust me there is plenty of those in this expansion and use "Pyroblast" on him.

Example of "Breath attack" Dragon:





Conjurfield
As the Conjurer, move a place using your ability



Conjurer has Special ability which allows her to move another face up Adventure Card from same Region to a location where she is about to draw new Adventure Card.
Essentially, idea is to move a "Place" Adventure Card to her location.
Encounter a "Place" card, move to an empty area within same region, choose "Move a Card to this space" and choose the "Place" card to be put on your field.



Cult Leader
As the Dragon Priestess, have a cultist from each Dragon deck as followers at the same time



Dragon Priestess special ability is to recruit any cultist.
While playing and everytime you encounter an Cultist from Dragon decks recruit one from each Dragon deck (Red, Green and Yellow)
Having all 3 at the same time unlocks you the achievement.



Silver Hand
As the Dragon Rider with a captured Dragon, take the Dragon Eggs to the Warlock's Cave and trade them for a Talisman



While playing as "Dragon Rider" you'll have plenty of chance to defeat Dragons, and claim one as soon as possible, since bonus from it really great.
Afterwards keep opening Adventure Cards until you find "Dragon Eggs" one, pick it up and bring it to Warlock's Cave in Middle region, trade it for Talisman and you are done.






Tread Softly and Carry a Sword
Take a sleeping dragon as a trophy



This particular achievement also requires the City DLC expansion.
Essentially during the course of the game you can put "Sleep" token on Dragons, giving them debuff in combat, but the problem is if you attack them, they will "wake" up.
So what you need to do is after ensuring some Dragons have "Sleep" token go towards City section of the map and explore until encounter "Assassins conclave" allowing you to grab that sleeping dragon as a Trophy and giving you the achievement.

Consume the Luck Dragon



Obtain the "Luck Dragon" follower and simply spend fate and consume him as an item to obtain the achievement.






Sibling Rivalry
Make two Dragons from the same Dragon deck fight to the death



Principle is simple, encounter "Deadly Rivals" card and when the card asks you to choose two dragons, choose dragons from same deck / color (Red, Green or Yellow)

TIP:
To ensure this happens I highly recommend always having two dragons of same kind which you never fight (Ninja hopping around opening cards can be really helpful here)
Every Dragon deck has 1 Deadly Rivals card, so opening cards from any deck is helpful, if you or somebody else already opened card from card, focus on opening cards from other decks to help you speed the process.

sshuang68 says:

Defeat two Dragons with two Holy Lances at the same time



Only character in game who can use two weapons at the same time is Warrior.
Start game with him with ending you prefer and keep opening cards until you obtain not one, but two "Holy Lances" weapons (With this expansion there is a second one)
Once you do that go to an area with 2 dragons and defeat them (Make sure they aren't from Green deck, since they only fight with Craft, while "Holy Lance" is a Strength weapon)
Make sure your character isn't Evil, since you won't be able to carry the items.





Dancing Dragon
Give your scales to the Martial Artist in exchange for some training



Encounter "Martial Artist" and trade your Scales (Dragon tokens) you obtain during the course of game to increase your stats.






Still Only Counts as One
Defeat the Two Headed Dragon



Encounter and defeat "Two-Headed Dragon"






Go Back to Sleep
Use the Dream Singer to place a Sleep Token on the Slumbering Dragon



Not difficult, just requires a certain degree of setup.
As usual if you do my advisable Ninja Local player routine, Ninja can easily run around opening cards without encountering most of them.
Once you find "Slumbering Dragon" is possible leave him alone (This might not happen as easily)
Keep opening adventure cards until you find "Dream Singer" (She has 4 sleep tokens you can put on anybody)
So idea is as follows:
  • Find "Slumbering dragon" (Dragon is asleep)
  • Encounter "Slumbering dragon" without killing him; probably easy with Ninja since I usually never level him up so he has starter stats (Dragon is awake)
  • Go towards "Dream Singer" and place a sleep token on "Slumbering Dragon" (Dragon is asleep again)
  • Achievement obtained

TIP:
"Slumbering Dragon" is in a Green Deck
"Dream Singer" is in a Red Deck








The Dragon - Expansion [Part 2]
In Another Tower
When playing with the Challenge for the Crown ending, be the first to step foot in the Dragon Tower after reaching the Crown of Command



Choose a "Challenge for the Crown" ending and make sure the you have "Standard inner Region" map layout.
Once you reach Crown of Command map will be transformed and replaced with "Dragon Tower"
If you are first to reach Crown of Command and transform the map you will be awarded the achievement.







Whose Idea Was This Anyway!
Finish the game with the Challenge for the Crown alternate ending



Choose a "Challenge for the Crown" ending, reach the end and defeat the Dragon King.





A Heated Exchange
Defeat the Dragon King in combat



Choose a "Confront the Dragon King" ending.
Reach the end and defeat the Dragon King





Kingslayer
When playing with the Dragon King ending, remove the last life off the Dragon King




Choose "Dragon King" ending, get on Crown of Command and defeat the Dragon King, for the achievement itself and winning condition, you must take the last (out of 5) lives.
As per description, depending on what you roll on dice before hand determines combat.
Be sure to have spare fate so you get 5 or 6 on dice so you can defeat him in one go.





Gone Slaying
When playing with the Dragon Slayers ending, take 5 or more scales from Draconic Lords



With "Dragon Slayers" ending reach Crown of Command; take the most scales and win the game.
Description says you only need to take scales, but it unlocked only after I've finished the game.
So to be sure it's probably best you have Strength 20+ and defeat all 3 Dragon Kings in one go.





The Lofty Languishing Lord
When playing with the Domain of Dragons ending, defeat the Exalted Dragon on the Dragon Tower



Choose "Domain of Dragons" ending.
Make sure the Dragon King is Red Dragon "Varthrax"; if it's not him, restart game with same options.
Reach the Dragon Tower (ensure it's enabled in options - see picture) which is essentially modified Inner circle, and while on Dragon Tower encounter cards until you get "Exalted Dragon" and defeat him.

TIP:
This one might take time depending how fast you draw his card, but be careful not to finish the game, "Dragon Tower" works on principle how many card you draw and defeat that's how far you will move ahead, so my advice is stick to the area with "Draw 2 cards" and move backwards after every fight, sure it's tedious, but it's better then doing the whole run again.

The Harbinger - Expansion
Curse Converters
As the Artificer, absorb the powers of a Cursed Object



Clockwork Kingdoms DLC required.

This is the only expansion I've played so far that has "Cursed items".
Enable both "Clockwork Kingdoms" (Character pack is enough) and "Harbinger" expansions.
Play game until you pick up an "Cursed items"; expansion is filled with them; and then use Artificer special power and "Absorb" any "Cursed item"



Running on Empty
As the Ascendant Divine, exhaust all of your Divine Gifts



Ascendant can exhaust one of his 4 Divine Gifts to gain a spell.
Simply keep discarding them until you have none for achievement.

TIP:
Choose Runestone which gives you starting Craft of 4 or 5 (allowing you to have 2 spells)
Every turn discard Divine Gifts and use spells when you can to allow space to get new spells.



Divine Will
As the Celestial, defeat an evil character in psychic combat and remove their fate



Celestial after defeating an Evil character can remove 1 fate.
Playing a hotseat game versus an Evil character of your choosing.
(Possessed has 2 starting Fate and only 2 Craft so he is a decent pick)
Don't spend Fate with Celestial unless you really have to, since Fate affects his other stats.
Ensure the Evil character only has 1 Fate left before fighting him.
Then encounter the Evil character and fight him in Psychic (Craft) combat and defeat him and take his last Fate for the achievement.



Life Consuming
As the Possessed, amass 10 lives



Self explanatory, while playing as Possessed have 10 lives at some point during the course of the game.


TIP:
Best way to obtain this is by obtaining "Runesword" and use it in fights.
It drains life after every fight with strength.






Misinformed Mystics
Win the game before the Stars Align





At the beginning of every game you can choose an Omen. Choose "Stars Align"
Play and finish the game before the last sign in order to obtain this achievement.

TIP:
Before the game starts under "Rules" put a check on "No Respawn"
Start a 1v1 hotseat game, choose a Omen of your choice.
Keep sending other character to suicide on the Sentinel (Enemy you need to beat to cross the bridge for Middle Region), once his last life is over, you win game and get the achievement.
Shouldn't take longer then 4-8 rounds.






Planetary Annihilation Averted
Win the game before the World Shatters






At the beginning of every game you can choose an Omen. Choose "The Shattered World"
Play and finish the game before the last sign in order to obtain this achievement.


TIP:
Check under "Misinformed Mystics" achievement



Gentle Graves
Win the game before the Dead Rise






At the beginning of every game you can choose an Omen. Choose "The Rise of the Dead"
Play and finish the game before the last sign in order to obtain this achievement.


TIP:
Check under "Misinformed Mystics" achievement



Reckoning Reconvened
Win the game before the Armageddon







At the beginning of every game you can choose an Omen. Choose "Armageddon"
Play and finish the game before the last sign in order to obtain this achievement.


TIP:
Check under "Misinformed Mystics" achievement



Is it future or is it past?
Use the stones of time to change the Omen



Encounter "Stones of Time" card and change the Omen.
You will essentially get the achievement the moment you finish interaction with this card,






Feed the Beast
Placate the Scavenging Beasts by relinquishing a trophy to them



Encounter "Scavenging Beasts" defeat them and after the fight "feed" him one of Trophies you have for the achievement.
There is 2 of them in deck in case during the first encounter you didn't have Trophy, but try to always have 3 Trophies on yourself (in case you are also going for the You and whose army? achievement)






You and whose army?
Defeat the Skeleton King with 3 or more trophies



Encounter "Skeleton King" defeat him WHILE having at least 3 Trophies on yourself for the achievement. (Try to always have 3 spare trophies while playing)


TIP:
Try to have low Trophy levels (between 1-2 if possible)
Skeleton King gets 1 point per trophy value, it might be tricky if you have a bunch of high value trophies, so just trade high value ones and leave small value.






Clean Sweep
With the End of Days ending in play, win the game without any Heralds or Horsemen on the board



Start the game with "End of Days" ending.
Defeat all the Heralds and Horseman enemies that are on the map at the start of the game and then go towards the Crown of Command and finish the game.






I win twice ... right?
When playing with the Armageddon Crown, finish the game on the Crown of Command whilst holding the Apocrypha



Start the game with "Armageddon Crown" ending.
Playing the game until you obtain curse item called "Apocrypha" and then proceed to Crown of Command roll 4,5 or 6 to remove Omens and reach final Omen to finish the game and win.

TIP:
To make sure you survive this encounter it's vital to have a spare health, 8 or more is probably gonna be vital for this, my suggest is playing with Possessed with +3 Health Runestone, which will give you a default health of 8.





The Woodland - Expansion [Part 1]
Max Gains
As the Ancient Oak, have 5 Growth tokens on your character card



Ancient Oaks special power allows him to put Growth tokens on himself and time you exchange Trophies instead of gaining stats you get a token.
Put 5 tokens on yourself for the achievement



Playing with Portals
As the Leywalker, travel by Portal tokens on 3 consecutive turns



Fairly easy, Leywalker has special power which allows him to place Portal tokens on space where another character casted a spell from.
So once a spellcaster has casted spell from 3 different location, Leywalker has to spend next 3 turns jumping from Portal token to another until all 3 are removed giving you the achievement.

TIP:
Start a hot seat game with Laywalker and 2 or even 3 Wizards (Base Deck)
Be sure to move Wizards to different locations and cast whatever spells they have which in turn will allow Leywalker to place all 3 of his Portal tokens on 1st turn.
Proceed to jump from portal to portal and in you can be done within 5-10 turns.
(If possible location where once Portal token is placed Laywalker won't have difficulty moving to a new location his next turn for example "Crags" or "Forest")



Plan of Escape
As the Scout, have all your Hidden Path tokens on Place cards



Scout starts with 5 "Hidden Path" tokens.
To obtain achievement you need to place those tokens ONLY on "Place" adventure cards.
Be patient and you'll obtain it.

Creepy Crawlies
As the Spider Queen have all of your Spider tokens Crawler side up



Interesting character mechanic.
Spider Queen special power allows her to place Spider tokens on whenever another character lands on a field, keep placing tokens until you place all 6 total.
Then keep stepping on them with either your character or other character until all 6 are flipped to "Crawler" side up for the achievement.

TIP:
Start a hot seat game with 1-5 character and everytime character lands somewhere keep placing Spider tokens, once all 6 are place keep moving in their direction (it will force character to stop on tokens) and it will flip them.
MAKE SURE not to pick them up when you flip them, it will give you a 2-3 second window to pick them up, just don't do it. (Not a big deal if you do, you'll just have to place a new token)
Once all 6 are flipped up you'll get the achievement.
Probably can be done within 5-10 turns


WARNING:
There might an issue where this achievement won't open unless you put all 6 tokens first and then start flipping them, hence why playing in hot seat might make control of this easier.

Totem Mastery
As the Totem Warrior, take a Totem Spirit token from a Totem Bear



After defeating an enemy, Totem Warrior will obtain "Totem Spirit" token as a reward, keep playing until you encounter a "Totem Bear" and take the token from him.
Be sure to use at least one token of "Totem Spirit" to ensure you obtain one from "Totem Bear"






Destiny awaits
Gain a Destiny Card whilst at the Meeting with Destiny space



Fairly straightforward, in the Woods section of the map, you will begin a path down the Forest and reach the end section of Woods called "Meeting with Destiny" there your journey will resolved based on Path card you had and will give you "Destiny Card" as a reward.

P.S. When you enter the Woodland area you will pick between 3 "Path" cards.
Some of them might not give you Destiny Card when you reach the end, so be sure to choose the one that gives and under what circumstances.



Out of Body Experience
Survive the effect of the Transformed and return to your original character



Encounter Transformed card, you will get transformed into another random character for 3 turns, after 3 turns you'll turn back to your original character and get the achievement.






In the Court of the Toadstool King
Encounter the Toad King whilst you are a Toad



When you encounter the "Toad King" card, unless you are a Toad already he will turn you into one.
Card itself will travel 3 tiles away from you.
Your goal is to reach "Toad King" again within 3 turns to revert yourself back to normal and gain a reward and the achievement

Be careful if the Toad King lands on a area that has enemies, you will probably lose those fights as a Toad so it's ideal that you have a clear section of the map in which "Toad King" will move towards.
"Toad King" stays on the map until forcefully removed so you have multiple attempts.






Bound for Glory
In one game be Lightbound, Darkbound, Unbound and Fateless



You will probably get this by accident.
Lightbound = means you have more Light Fate then Dark Fate
Darkbound = means you have more Dark Fate then Light Fate
Unbound = means your Light and Dark fate are equal
Fateless = means (obviously) that you have no Fate

You don't ever get any information when you have either of these I guess we can call them titles.
So you'll either get this by accident or just do following:

  • Start the game with a character that has 3 Fate when he starts the game
  • Allocate to yourself 2 Dark Fate and 1 Light Fate = You are now Darkbound [2 DF : 1 LF]
  • Dark Fate allows you do reroll enemy dice, do that = You are now Unbound [1DF : 1 LF]
  • Again on enemy turn reroll enemy dice = You are now Lightbound [0DF : 1LF]
  • On your own turn use last Fate to reroll your own dice = You are now Fateless [0DF : 0DF]



Baffling Basalt
Gain 3 or more Spells from the Riddle Stone



I'm honestly not certain how this particular achievement works to be honest.
I played a game where I had 30+ Craft when I encounter this card and had 0 spells.
I rolled 6 and nothing happened.
I encountered it again and rolled 1 and got the achievement and 3 spells. (I played Totem Warrior who has base Craft 4)

So my advice is as follows:
  • Ensure you always have 0 spells
  • When you encounter the "Riddle Stone" be sure to roll 1 on dice
  • Extra help: Use "Lucky Charm" to manipulate the roll so it will certainly be 1 on dice roll.





The Woodland - Expansion [Part 2]
Sprint Finish
Win the game with the War of Seasons ending in play by being the first to defeat Oberon or Titania



Choose "War of Seasons" ending.
Reach Crown of Command, afterwards reach Meeting of Destiny location and choose to fight between Oberon or Titania, once you win, game is over, you win and get the achievement.






Win by attrition
With the Judged by Fate ending in play, be the last character still alive with no fate remaining



Choose a "Hidden ending" in options
Choose "Judged by fate" ending
Idea is simple, reach Crown of Command, which will start a "trial"
Goal is to survive the trial by not being killed while rolling dice and the same time have 0 Fate if you want the achievement.
The goal is to have enemy characters roll 1 or 2, be sure to have spare Light fate for enemy character so he can roll 1 or 2 (assuming you are playing hot seat)
It's luck based, it's up to you if you want to have Fate when you reach Crown of Command to have reroll options or if you wanna go full luck based and reach there with 0 Fate.
Good luck is all I can say.

TIP:
Lucky Charm card can help a little with this, you can have it on enemy and force him to get 1 on dice and killing him.












Sightseer
Visit every region and win the game with the Wanderlust ending in play having collected at least one Destiny, Relic and Treasure Card



This achievement requires:
  • Woodland expansion
  • City expansion
  • Dungeon expansion
  • Highland expanion


Choose "Wanderlust" ending
Everytime you enter non-standard section of map you will get "Path" card which need to be resolved at the end of the section of map you entered.
First person who collects 3 completed "Paths" and reaches the Crown of Command wins.

But for the achievement you also need to obtain at least:
  • One Destiny Card = Woodland expansion of map (Bottom right)
  • One Relic Card = Highlands expansion of map (Bottom left)
  • One Treasure Card = Dungeon expansion of map (Top right)
  • Also visit every Region at least once, so just be sure to visit City expansion of map (Top left)


TIP:
I highly recommend to somehow grab "Lugh's Cloak" when doing this, it will help you avoid a lot of situations you might want to avoid, I know it's not something you can just buy, but when you start doing this achievement, just go to Woodland area first.
Your biggest enemy in this run which will probably take 80+ turns is gonna be "Tapestry Rewoven", horrible card, which can change your ending and give you a random one, not something you want to happen to say the least
(I got this card 10 turns before finishing, 1 square before "Meeting with Destiny" haha, luckly Cloak cancelled it, so be careful)











The Cataclysm - Expansion
Spell Siphoner
As the Arcane Scion, gain 5 Spells as a result of other characters gaining Craft in one game



Arcane Scion's one of Special power is gaining spells when somebody else gets Craft.
Play or create a hot seat game versus a character who will focus on gaining Craft points, 5 separate times he needs to gain Craft and have Arcane Scion gain Spell as result of that for the achievement.

TIP:
Runestone which reduces trophies needed to upgrade Craft is helpful
Ensure Arcane Scion always has ability to gain a Spell, so use spells whenever you can.



Might over Magic
As the Barbarian, successfully protect yourself from psychic combat



Barbarian Special power allows him to resist damage in case of losing a Psychic combat (Craft)
Fairly simple, encounter somebody who will fight you with Craft, lose that fight, roll a dice and get 4,5 or 6 to resist the damage and get the achievement.

TIP:
I got it on 2nd turn by instantly trying to cross river by fighting the Sentinel, in this expansion you can fight Sentinel with either Strength or Craft, choose Craft, lose fight and roll dice until you get 4,5 or 6.



Blighted Blade of the Old World
As the Black Knight, encounter the Black Knight at the Castle and force another character to lose a life



For this achievement you need to play as Black Knight character and encounter Black Knight "Denizen"; you can draw him on various location, but your goal is to encounter him at "Castle" spot (Former Black Knight spot on normal maps)
Pay 1 Gold and take one life from another character while on "Castle" location for the achievement.

TIP:
Be sure to have 1 gold
If you encounter Black Knight before Castle interact with him anyway, he won't go to discard he will instead move himself to Castle, then just reach him again.
If you don't encounter him, just keep going back and forth in Middle region and land on Castle location until you draw him. (Denizens are drawn at random, with higher chance to spawn on their native location)






Creature of Theseus
As the Mutant, successfully mutate 3 turns in a row



Mutant can "Mutate" at the start of every turn; for 1 life he can get various upgrades or downgrades.
For the achievement you need to "Mutate" 3 times in a row successfully; meaning when you roll on mutation table you roll needs to be between 6 or 12.



Rescued Rusty Blade
As the Scavenger, use your scavenging ability to take the Cataclysm Blade



When Scavenger is in game, for each one in play 5 Remnant cards are added to the deck.
There should be total of 25 Remnant cards in game.
Remnant cards are basically "Discarded" and can only be drawn when there are no other discarded cards in game and when Scavenger rolls 1 on dice, then she can scavenge.
Goal is to have Cataclysm Blade in the Remnant deck when you start the game and have your Scavenger scavenge it from that pile; any other way of obtaining the Blade won't get you the achievement.

TIP:
Start a game with a single Scavenger, after picking or skipping Runestones game will show you which 5 cards are added to Remnant deck, if in those 5 cards there isn't a "Cataclysm Blade"; restart the game until you get it in those 5 cards.
Once you start the game, keep playing and DON'T DISCARD any objects, especially Bag of gold, those will be on top of discard card and when scavenge you'll get them first.
So keep playing and everytime you get 1 on movement dice roll choose "Scavenge" option and keep doing it until you grab "Cataclysm Blade"

TLDR:
  • Keep restarting game with a single Scavenger until you get "Cataclsym Blade" in Remnant deck
  • Don't discard any items
  • Keep playing until getting 1 on movement dice; Scavenge
  • Scavenge until you get Cataclysm Blade
  • Profit





Wonderful Wares
Using the Lands of Wonder ending, make two successful rolls in one turn



Choose Lands of Wonder ending.
You gain "Wonder Tokens" by interacting with all cards in game, to win the game you need to obtain 12 total, you can see how you obtain them in description of Ending.

BUT, for the achievement you need to roll successfully on both Strength and Craft roll in a single turn.
Meaning:
  • When you land on Enemy / Object / Place you must pass Strength check (have Strength over or equal dice roll)
  • When you land on Event / Follower / Stranger you must pass Craft check (have Craft over or equal the dice roll)

TIP:
Once you reach 12 points you can't roll for Wonder tokens in this game; to ensure that doesn't happen what you will do is SKIP or IGNORE rolling the dice until you get both your Craft and Strength up to 9-10.
Once you have them on 9-10 move around the map until you encounter a location that has both [Enemy / Object / Place] AND [Event / Follower / Stranger]
Once you do, roll dice, make sure to pass both checks in single turn for the achievement.

P.S.
Game mode allows you to draw extra card on any area you draw cards; so drawing cards on Hidden Valley can yield 4 cards which gives almost certain chance to encounter everything you need.


WARNING:
Once you reach either Craft or Strength 12, you will automatically succeed any Wonder Token roll, so don't push you number too high, so you don't have start a new game.






Unlimited Power
Using the Eternal Crown ending, win the game whilst stood on the the Crown of Command



Start a game with "Eternal Crown" ending.
Be sure to be on Crown of Command as kill other players.
Ending is very similar to standard Crown of Command ending, roll dice to reduce life etc.






Pass the Parcel
Using the One Talisman ending, have the One Talisman change hands over 10 times in one game



Start a game with "The One Talisman" ending.
For the achievement you need to have characters "change hands" One Talisman 10 times or more.
Taking it by force doesn't work.

TIP:
Start a game with 6 player controlled character that start in Middle region (Example: Black Knight) keep moving them to Warlock Cave to get "Warlock Quests".
Keep completing quests and obtaining One Talisman until you get the achievement.






Corralling the Cultists
Using the Cult of the Damned ending, successfully defeat the Denizen horde



Choose a Hidden Ending "Cult of the Damned"
Once you reach the Crown of Command, a Denizen horde will spawn, your goal is to defeat them before they reach Plain of Peril.
Play with 1 more character in game and raise your stats and if possible obtain various spells or items or play character which allow you to move around fast or choose where you land so you can catch the Denizens moving such as Barrowtown Hunter.









The Realm of Souls - Expansion
Competitive Claire
As the Clairvoyant, move the Medium to the bottom of the deck



Clairvoyants special power allows her to put the Adventure card she drew to ignore, and put at the bottom of the deck.
For the achievement do that when you encounter the "Medium" card.
Should somebody else encounter it before you, restart the game.






Archonic
As the Archon, kill 3 characters at once using your overload ability



I've read a lot of people struggle with this one, I'm fairly certain the description isn't accurate or the game just doesn't register the kills.
Ok so how it works.
Everytime somebody else casts a spell Archon gets a counter, when the counter reaches 3 on his turn he will do 1 damage to everybody in the region.
So your goal is to kill at least 3 characters with a single use of his "Overload" ability.

TIP:
Here is how I got it:
  • Start a hot seat game with Archon versus 5 Wizard that you control.
  • Make sure you have option "No Respawn" activated
  • Wizards start with 2 spells each which will allow you to fill the counter.
  • Send Wizards towards Sentinel (Bridge between Outer and Middle Region) and have them fight him and lose fight automatically until all of them have 1 health left.
  • When all 5 Wizards have 1 health use spell which won't interfere with them losing health, so don't heal them etc.
  • Once the Archon turn ends he will automatically use his Overload ability and do 1 damage to everybody in region, and should everything be as written above you will kill all 5 Wizards giving you the achievement.
If it doesn't work start again (This whole setup shouldn't take longer then 5-6 turns)






Spectre Collector Spectre
As the Spectre Collector, collect the Spectre



Spectre Collector as per description has a whole mechanic with dealing with Spirit enemies.
What you want to do is play a game hot seat or of your choosing and have other character encounter and defeat "Spectre" and take the trophy and obviously not trade it.
Then you need to encounter the character with your Spectre Collector and take the Spectre trophy from him for the achievement.

Remembrance
Deliver the Fallen Talisman to the King of the Dead during the White Crown ending



Start a game with "The White Crown" ending.
During the course of game obtain "Talisman of the Fallen" and then proceed to the Crown of Command to win the game and obtain the achievement.









Cull the Competition
In the Night of the Dancing Skulls ending kill another player as a result of combat as a Ghost



Start a game with "Hidden ending"
Choose "Night of the Dancing Skulls" ending

The goal is to raise your stats and reach Crown of Command which will activate the ending.
All characters will be "killed" and turned into Ghosts.
Your goal for the achievement is to kill another player in combat while you are Ghost.

TIP:
Start a hot seat game versus 1 player.
Raise your character stats and ignore the other characters, also when you start you ascend towards Crown of Command have other character lose life until he has only 1 remaning.
So when your character reaches Crown of Command, teleport close to other character; you are both Ghosts now.
Try to reach each other and fight, win the fight, kill other player also win the game and get the achievement. (Have spare Fate so you can reroll in combat if needed)








The Ancient Beasts - Expansion
Type Advantage
As the Specialist, complete all of your Catalogue tokens



Specialists starts with 3 Catalogue tokens.
Clear all 3 by defeating "Animal", "Dragon" and "Monster" enemies


True Grit
As the Trophy Hunter, take down one of the Ancient Beasts



As described, while playing as Trophy Hunter defeat on the Ancient Beasts.


Way of the Dragon
Win the game by collecting soul fragments with the Glaive of Kallind



This one might take a decent amount of time (depends how lucky you get)
You need either wait or defeat Ancient Beasts until you get "Kallind"
After defeating him you will be rewarded "Glaive of Kallind"
Afterwards you are required to defeat other Ancient Beasts and take total of 10 lives from them as tokens to win the game.

TIP:
In "House Rules" you can modify how many Beasts can be present at the same time and how often they spawn etc.
Every time you start a new game with "Greatest Hunt" new set of Ancient Beasts spawn, keep restarting until you have Kallind at the start of the game, saving you a lot of time.










Conquest through Cooperation
Share victory with your companions when using the Awakening ending



As per description, choose the "Awakening" ending and defeat all the Beasts together to win.

TIP:
In "House Rules" you can limit how many Ancient Beasts there can be in game, making it slightly easier to obtain it.





Master of the Hunt
Win the game using The Greatest Hunter ending



Choose "The Greatest Hunter" ending, obtain 3 Ancient Beasts reward cards and reach Crown of Command to win and get the achievement.


The Clockwork Kingdom - Expansion
Curse Converters
As the Artificer, absorb the powers of a Cursed Object



Harbinger DLC required.

This is the only expansion I've played so far that has "Cursed items".
Enable both "Clockwork Kingdoms" (Character pack is enough) and "Harbinger" expansions.
Play game until you pick up an "Cursed items"; expansion is filled with them; and then use Artificer special power and "Absorb" any "Cursed item"


Example of "Cursed" item:





Con Heir
As the Swindler, use your cunning to swindle the Thief



Swindler special power allows him to "trade" 1 gold for an item of your choosing.
Play a hot seat game versus a Thief, have Thief obtain at least 1 item and then land with Swindler on Thief and "Con" him out of the any object for 1 gold.



Regular Maintenance
As the Engineer, use your skills to enhance 5 Inventions in a single game



Everytime you craft an invention Engineer can add a little something extra.
Do it 5 times in a single game for the achievement.



Sic and Destroy
Have the Clockwork Dog aid you in battle



Once you obtain both "Clockwork Dog" and "Bone" material, you can then use Clockwork Dog to help you win any combat.
Once in combat, you roll a die and then use "Bone" material and "Clockwork Dog" will win that fight









Clockwork Capitalist
Defeat your competition whilst using the Era of Invention ending



Choose "Era of Invention" ending.
Reach the Crown of Command with at least one invention.
Fight against other players in Psychic (Craft) Combat and win to kill the other character(s) and win the game and get the achievement.






Demolition Expert
Win the game by defeating the most Constructs whilst using the Runic Revolution ending



Choose a "Hidden Ending" option under "House Rules"
Then choose "Runic Revolution" ending
Reach the Crown of Command to activate the ending, afterwards you get teleported away and every time you draw a card it will be a Construct type of Enemy, after 10 turns who ever defeats most Construct wins the game and also unlocks the achievement.





The Deep Realms - Expansion
The Deep Realms Expansion comes included in the Base game.
It requires following 2 Expansions in order to be played:
  • The City
  • The Dungeon

Royalty in Ruins
Defeat the Rat Queen and Wraith Lord in the same game



As in description, during a single game defeat both Rat Queen and Wraith Lord in the same game.
Wraith Lord is easier to get since you can move back and forth in Dungeon, while in City it's a one way street.
Enemies themselves are easy, you just need to deal with 3 "Tunnel" before each of their rooms.



Spectral Stash
Take a Treasure card from the Throne Room after defeating the Wraith Lord



Throne Room is a room which can be accessed from Dungeon side of map.
You must first encounter "The Catacombs" which will have 3 random "Tunnel" cards that must be solved, this might take 3+ turns unless your character gets killed.
Should you succeed you can encounter "Wraith Lord", after defeating him you can pick one of 3 treasure and also obtain the achievement.



Duplicitous Defector
Lose the Jinx to the Turncoat card



For this achievement obtain "Jinx" cursed follower (only place would be a tunnel between Dungeon and City) and while having only her as follower (ditch everybody else somewhere) and encounter "Turncoat" card to get rid of Jinx and obtain achievement.

TIP:
The area between is called Bridge and any cards not being used or defeated return to the deck
I highly suggest following strategy and items to use:
  • Have Talisman with yourself to deal with 1 trap that shows up often
  • Have Skeleton Key - allows you to use Fate to avoid Boulder killing your follower
  • Have extra Fate, 5 or more
  • Don't have any followers, other then Jinx
  • All items you obtain in Bridge area I strongly suggest once you reached your item limit you leave into Dungeon area and Discard them and then return to Bridge area (that way you reduce Deck size giving you higher chance to obtain Turncoat or Jinx, of course keep SKeleton Key and Talisman)
  • Keep going back and forth and rinse and repeat until you do interact with Turncoat while having Jinx as Follower
  • Don't leave into City area, since you have to make full circle to return to Bridge area, if you leave, leave towards Dungeon area
  • DON'T go to "Soothsayer" in City to replenish Fate, since he will remove "Jinx" (if you have Jinx of course)









Splat a Rat
Defeat an enemy with Rat in its name in the Rat Queen’s Lair



You need to encounter and defeat any type enemy with rat in it's name in "Rat run" area which is tunnel that connects Dungeon and City parts of map, it's only one space, so keep going back and forth until you get the Rat enemy for the achievement.
You should combine this with "Spirit Begone!" achievement



Spirit Begone!
Defeat a Spirit enemy in the Wraith Lord’s Domain



You need to encounter and defeat any Spirit type enemy in "Skull Passage" area which is tunnel that connects Dungeon and City parts of map, it's only one space, so keep going back and forth until you get the Spirit enemy for the achievement.
You should combine this with "Splash a Rat" achievement



King of Thebes
Solve the Sphinx of Khayu’s riddle



Encounter Sphinx of Khayu and solve the riddle by rolling 2 dice with end result being under or same as your Craft.
Highly suggest you don't have more then 10 Craft while doing this.
Sphinx itself will be a part of "Tunnel" cards that need to be solved before fighting either Wraith Lord or Rat Queen.






Never Too Prepared
Have both the Trapsmith and the Skeleton Key in your inventory



Hold both "Trapsmith" follower and "Skeleton Key" item at the same time.
They are really helpful for dealing with ante rooms before Bosses.





Character Packs [Part 1]
These achievements are related for characters that aren't related to any Expansion.
You can obtain them as:
  • Part of Character Pack (Which includes all of them) - Best option
  • Buying them one by one
  • Buying Season Pass (In which case you won't get all of them)


Exorcising Caution
As the Exorcist, destroy an unusable Object in order to gain a Spell



Exorcist can pick up items which CAN'T be used by Good character and he will destroy them and get a spell as a reward and also achievement.

TIP:
Be sure to have spare Spell slot, it didn't unlock for me on first item since I had max spells.



Irresistible
As the Courtesan, seduce another character



Pretty easy, encounter any character, choose "Seduce"
Be sure they have at least 1 object or gold.



Divine Fervour
As the Martyr, win a battle by sacrificing a life



Simple enough, in any physical combat before the fight starts you can lose a life and win any combat. (as long as your health is above 2)



No Genie Left Behind
As the Genie, rescue the Genie (Follower) from another character after defeating them



The Reaper DLC required.

In the Reaper DLC there is Genie follower.
Genie character has a special power that allows him to take followers when defeating another character.
So yeah, in a hot seat game, make sure you play versus a character that can obtain followers (not Ninja) encounter Genie, and while playing as a Genie defeat the character that holds Genie followers and take him for the achievement.






Rightful Heir
As the Devil's Minion, acquire the Runesword



While playing as Devil's Minion, obtain the only weapon he can carry; the Runesword.






Borrowed Luck
As the Gambler, tempt fate with another character and win



Gamblers special power allows him to "Tempt Fate" when you land on another character.
Both roll a dice and add their Craft, should Gamblers score be higher he gets 1 fate and the achievement.



Spell Resistant
As the Black Witch, successfully resist 3 Spells in a single game



Black Witch special power allows her to resist spells being cast on her.
When spell is being cast (Not Command Spell) she rolls a dice, on 4,5 and 6 she will resist the spell, do it 3 time in a single game for the achievement.

TIP:
Play versus character that has access to spell often, such as Wizard.



The Student Becomes the Master
As the Apprentice Mage, raise your total Craft to 7 or more



As the description says, play the game until your Apprentice Mage has Craft 7 or more.
Runestone that gives you 5 Craft and runestone that reduces trophies needed to upgrade Craft will make it faster.
Items that increase your Craft work. (It might gives you achievement on your next turn)



Pedlar Peddler
As the Pirate, sell the Pedlar on the black market



Frostmarch DLC required.


Pedlar is Stranger card available in Frostmarch expansion, play with Pirate character until you encounter him and “Press-Gang” him and sell him at Tavern for achievement






Hidden Fortress
As the Ninja, defeat an Enemy on the City space



Ninja has a special power that allows him to "Not encounter" places such as Village, Graveyard, City, etc. he will instead draw a new Adventure card.
Keep doing it on "City" tile until you draw any Enemy card and defeat it.



The Imposter
As the Shape Shifter, take the shape of another character



Shape Shifters special power allows her to take form of any creature she defeated, or any character she just won combat against.
When you encounter another player and defeat him in combat, be sure to take their life and it will allow you to take their shape and give you the achievement.



Transformer
As the Shaman, take all 3 animal forms in a single game



Shamans special power allows her to change her shape into one of three animals (she reverts to human form after losing life)
During the course of game change shape into all 3 animals (Bear, Owl and Cheetah) for the achievement.



Wish Stealer
As the Illusionist, get a wish from a stranger by successfully obscuring your alignment



Illusionist special power allows her to obscure her current alignment during Stranger and Event card. You roll a dice if you get 4,5 or 6 you obscure your alignment by choosing which on you prefer at that moment. (It doesn't actually change)
For the achievement, obscure your alignment during encounter with Strangers that will grant you a Wish based on your alignment.

Confusion-Fu
As the Jester, successfully confuse a creature with Strength or Craft 7 or more



One of Jester special powers allow him to Confuse creatures.
He will roll a dice and add current Fate, if the score is higher then creatures power he confused them and can evade the creature.
For the achievement you need to do that on a creature with either Strength or Craft 7 or more.


Character Packs [Part 2]
Goodnight Mr Goblin
As the Goblin Shaman, use a spellbound Goblin to prevent the loss of a life



While playing as a Goblin Shaman everytime you encounter an Goblin or Hobgoblin you can Spellbind it to use for various effect.
For the achievement you need to prevent loss of time by sacrificing him.









New Recruit
As the Saracen, recruit a follower



One of Saracen special powers allows him to take Followers from other characters.
When you land on a character and you encounter him if he/she has a Followers it gives you an option to Recruit.
Roll a dice and result must be under the amount of Followers other character has to obtain it; once you take the Follower you'll get the achievement.

TIP:
In a hot seat game have other character pick up as many followers as he can.
Then simply encounter him roll dice and take one.
(Each follower increases roll by 1, so if other character has 4 followers, you need to roll 3 or less to obtain one)



Master of the Fist
As the Martial Artist, hit someone with a crippling blow when unarmed



As Martial Arist if you defeat another character in combat you deal the a crippling blow, slowing them down, for the achievement do this without using any weapon.



Friends on the Other Side
As the Witch Doctor, successfully curse another Witch Doctor



For the achievement you need to use Witch Doctors Special power to curse another character who also plays the Witch Doctor. (Roll on dice above 1)



Ninja Terminator
As the Samurai, defeat a Ninja in combat and take their Golden Statue



Reaper Expansion required

Play a hot seat game as Samurai versus Ninja (something I suggest almost all the time and now it's part of the achievement hahaha)
Ninja needs to find Golden Statue object, then as Samurai defeat Ninja in combat and take it from him for the achievement.






Travelling Companions
As the Pathfinder, locate the barbarian and the ranger in one game



While playing as Pathfinder you need to visit both "Crags" and "Forest"
On each of those two locations you need to roll a die and get 5 (Pathfinder can add 1 to score) or natural 6, in both instances you meet with "Ranger" and "Barbarian" which are required for the achievement,



Fairy Tale Hero
As the Woodsman, defeat a Wolf in the Woods



Oh boy, it took me 180 turns to get this, I was unlucky with deck draws.
Principle is simple, you need to fight "Wolf" on a Woods field, there is only a single Wolf in "Base deck" and I highly suggest playing with "Base deck".
As you can see on the picture how I prepared my map, play a hot seat game versus Ninja, he can avoid most fights, you just want him to be there and do nothing, land on already opened cards and leave them alone and same for your character.
You want to "Draw Cards" ONLY on Woods field, items such as "Orb of Knowledge" can help, you can draw an extra card on Woods field and use "Destruction" spells to remove any permanent things that get stuck on the field.
And well, good luck, took me over 2 hours to get this (It was on last 3 cards in deck)

TIP:
Should you encounter or kill Wolf that's not on Woods area I suggest just restarting the game and start over












Disarming
As the Swordsman, successfully disarm 7 opponents



This one took a little longer but isn't difficult.
For the achievement you need to play as Swordsman and while WIELDING a weapon you must attack another character who ALSO wields a weapon.
When that happens it will give you option to "Disarm" the opponent, if you roll 5 or 6 on dice they will drop the weapon on the ground.
Do this 7 times for the achievement (doesn't have to be in a single game)

TIP:
Not a bad idea to play versus characters who already start with weapon (such as Swordsman himself)



Power Ranger
As the Ranger, defeat an Enemy with an attack score difference of 5 or more points



Very easy and as described; you need to defeat an Enemy with a score difference of 5 or more points, you'll get it without actually trying.



Defamation of Character
As the Witch Hunter, Accuse the same player more than once



Witch Hunter Special power allows him to "accuse" another character.
Once you encounter that character and defeat him the "accuse" will be lifted.
Accuse same character on next turn for the achievement,



Escape as Bat
As the Vampire, cross the Storm River whilst in Bat form



Probably easiest achievement in game.
Start game as Vampire, choose "Transform" to transform to bat form; choose "Cross river" and that's it.



Pipes of Peril
As the Satyr, use your pipes to startle a character on the Plains of Peril



One of Satyrs special powers allows him to "Startle" a character when he lands on them.
In a hot seat game, prepare your characters a little with strength and move to Middle region, and when both are close to "Plains of Peril" have other character enter first and he will end his turn, and now on Satyrs turn also enter "Plains of Peril" and use "Startle" for the achievement.



Unwavering Resolve
As the Pilgrim, pray at the Temple before summiting the Crown of Command



For this achievement you need to visit Temple before starting the summit to Crown of Command.
I got it from first try, but just to be sure, when you are at temple and you roll dice to move be sure you can land on Plain of Peril on first try, so as you move from Temple you are on Plain of Peril in same turn, and then continue the summit and encounter the Crown of Command with whichever ending you have (doesn't matter as long as you enter Crown of Command)

:rune2: Traversing the Void
Teleport 3 times in 1 turn

Play as Druid with Sacred Pool expansion. You need 2 spell - Teleport and Reverence or you can get Mendicant follower. And you need to encounter with 2 places - Magic Portal and Sanctuary in one region.
In your turn cast Teleport and go to Sanctuary. Reverence or Mendicant can get you 6 on dice and choose Magic Portal to teleport on. Then roll any score and teleport third time :TalProDruid:

KOsteel, choose a character with Craft of 4 or higher. When you draw Riddle Stone card, you must have 0 spells and must roll a 1 on the die :stasisdice:

I think this is a reference to the name of the achievement. The pilgrim not only prays, but does it without hesitation, intensifying his prayers :aofbless:

Dragon Lynx, it works! The only one difference was adding +2 to dices for pray now. So, "Unwavering Resolve" passed. Thank you!
