You can't get the black rose
Reason: They changed the game ID, making the promotion stay in the old game

However, you can have something similar without paying $500, which would be to use Dream Piped on the knife

I give you some reason for that, but it can be replicated with warpaints (the closest thing to a black rose would be Dream Piped)
