How to avoid the unavoidable raid from The Major at the beginning of the game (after your first delivery) ?

Even if you have 6 guard equiped with knifes, you placed traps, it is impossible to win the heist.. And all your stuff is detroyed.

I found a solution for it (I detail but it is very simple to do) :

-Build your factory like anybody
-Make your first delivery
-Watch the dispatch map and follow the moped
-Just before the moped arrive at destination, set your game to pause and delete the entrance of your factory
-The minions of M.Sanders arrives but they cannot do anything, so they leave.

Sorry, after having your first bud in your factory's storage, not after the first harvest.

It still works. You have to do it the earliest when you harvest your first bud and the latest just before the moped arrives at the hotline client or your laundry worker sells it to a customer. Once you get the message from the mayor, you can't do anymore.
Sometimes, your people roam outside in their freetime, so it's best to save after the first bud and then try to time the removal. Cause your people will start to whine about being trapped after their current job. The chicken will disappear after several hours, replace the door, all are happy again.

Forgot to mention i still had doors and they didnt enter as no security i think

LoL totally unexpected this , didnt hire security just 4 workers and when the major came they just stood there as workers continued working in factory, the bandits then left the building , no deaths or damage done

Doesn't work anymore. Once the major sent his raiders, you won't be able to touch your buildings.

I got lucky and one of my employees ran down the street. The chickens chased him then left. All my people died, but all my equipment survived lol
