유물 소유자랑 연방이거나, 종주국이거나, 관계도가 초록빛 이상이거나 은하 황제면 옵션 생김

This mod allows you to exchange relics from the "Archeology Story Pack" mod through trade deal.

Trading action will be unlocked if you're federation with relic owner, or overlord of owner, or high opiniion with owner, or you are the galactic emperor
