British Rail Class 69

Beskrivelse
The Class 69 is derived from the Class 56. GBRf found that it was cheaper to modify existing locomotives than to buy new ones and settled on the Class 56, which were readily available. The same engine as for the Class 66/7 was used, as well as other changes. The tendency for the 4th axle to lift under power has also been fixed. The resulting engine has around 40% more pulling power than the Class 56, according to the GBRf CM&EE. 10 units will be built, with a further 6 on option.

The model is available from 2021. More locomotives will be added as they appear on the network.

Features:
- All currently running locomotives
- Reversible
- Dirt and rust
- Custom audio: the sound files can be found at www.zimo.at.
- Each loco is also available as a track asset.

Max speed: 128 kph.
Power: 2390 kw (3200 hp).
Tractive effort: 320 kN.
