A lot of the guides for this game are about how to beat the game. But what about not beating the game. My goal with this guide is to document every bad ending the game has to offer.
Here is the formatting of the endings.

On Cassie's 4th Date tell Liliana ...I'm not doing this...

Hint: Lilianna won't take no for an answer! Try being more subtle if you want to resist her demands!

On Cassie's 4th date choose the (Swing at Dan) option

Hint: You'll either need a lot of Buff or a little Violence to get through this sticky situation...

On Cassie's last date use the option I have been sent by the Goddesses of Light and Shadow. My victory is promised.

Hint: You need an ally! And it's gotta be a gal with a gun. Here's a twist - you have two options to choose from!

On Cassie's last date choose the option Just tell me. and then the top one

Hint: You got cornered! You either need to earn a certain someone's respect, or FORCE them to respect you...

During Cassie's last date do the option I... I don't have double.

Hint: If you're going to pay-your-way out of this jam, you'll either need the cash, or the hacking skills to make it happen...

On the 24th go to the pizzeria and choose the option Alright! Let's eat!

Hint: Do NOT let Cassie eat that pizza! Either get the cash to but a fresh one, or get a "stronger" stomach to eat the bad pizza yourself!

#7/42 - You Got The TAKE A HINT Ending!

When you meet Cassie downtown say Okay okay! I just need a kiss for the road...

Hint: Dangers lurk around unexpected corners! Try to keep on guard when things might be more dangerous than they appear!

On the last day put down the gun and leave.

Hint: There are few chances to win without excellent stats. Make sure they're solid before attempting this part of the story!

Hint: You may have pushed the guy with the gun a bit too far! The mind games are working, but don't get careless!

On the last day close your eyes and have no luck

Hint: Sometimes, the only way to win is to be Lucky. Well luckily for you... That's something you can improve!

On day 26 when talking to Dorian choose And who's going to stop me? You?

Hint: The one you face is more desperate than they seem. Be careful how far you push them!

On Elle's last date choose the option On second though, let's just reschedule for tomorrow. I'm going to go hide underneath my bed with my cat.

Hint: Elle was crushed by a family tree... Looks like you need to face the storm, and make sure you're by her side...

During Elle's last date choose the option (Get to Elle's house immediately.)

Hint: If you choose to avoid going to Elle's house, you're going to need help. An ally may be able to snatch this situation from failure's jaws!

During Elle's last date choose the option (Do nothing yet.) then the option Elle! Watch out! (Rush Dorian.)

Hint: You need to be fast, or you need to know your Rival's secret. There's no other way to save the day here!

On the 23rd at the park tell Dmitri Back off, Dmitri! I don't like the sass!

Hint: You'll need to be Suave to power through this scene. Unless... The rumor abot you and Elle was ACTUALLY true...

Tip: I was able to get this one on accident by not joining the gang during Cassies date.

Hint: The "right" answer is disguised - it's certain to lose you some points. But the truth will set you free... And won't affect your final score.

During Iro's last date choose the option (Climb down, and prepare for the worst.)

Hint: To save Iro, you'll either need to stop her from driving away on her bike... Or you're going to need some extraordinary Luck...

At the start of the game say: Nay. This is all too strange for me...

Hint: You're... You're going to have to at least play the game to win. But way to be both thorough AND cheeky!

During Mio Date 2 choose the Throw your wallet, and put your hands up option.

Hint: That mugger wasn't after you're wallet! The best way to survive a stabbing is to avoid letting the knife stab you!

Get Harris to stab you

Hint: Don't start trouble, but don't back down. This is a tricky situation, but keep your cool and don't anger the angry stabby man.

On Mio's final date choose the option (There's nothing you can do.)

Hint: You'll need to defeat the one who killed you earlier in the story, before you rest easy. You were too late - but you'll get'em next time!

During Mio's final date choose the option (Wrestle the gun away.)

Hint: Before confronting a dangerous criminal directly, you either need a strong ally, or be ready to get your hands dirty...

On the 15th go to the arcade and tell Mio Well... You're supposed to cut the red wire? I think?

Hint: Safety first! Electricity is no joke! So brush up on your Tech skills, or... Avoid situations like this entirely!

Easiest way to get this while on the 3rd date with Cassie fail it.

Hint: If Fumi shows up at your place at night, it means you missed an important event! In this case, there was something you missed with Cassie. Try again!

On the 26th choose the option (Blow up a paper bag, and pop it.) then choose (Chase after her.)

Hint: Take a softer approach. Rather figuratively, like a counselor. Or literally, like a kitty.

On the 15th cancel the tuna order. Then play up to the 18th and in the morning go Home and (Brace for the worst.)

Hint: Make sure your kitty has food. Or be lucky enough that she figures out how to use a can opener. It's that simple.

I got an answer on how to get BE 24 from MikoKisai over in the discussion section. The requirements are very specific. You need to join Team Fumi during the Police Event on the 17th, miss a Mio date and get the electrocution chibi death (which would normally be BE 23), and then you need to choose the "some people would do anything..." dialogue option. This will cause you to get BE 24 instead of 23. I've got no idea why it's like this, but considering this, the fact that this is a 3rd missed date ending for Mio while everyone else has 2, and the generic name of the ending, my guess is that this ending is a placeholder from the Beta that never got fully replaced/removed.

I can't figure out how to get Bad End 24. No matter how many times I try, I can only get 23 and 25 from missing a date with her, and I wasn't able to get it from failing to join the gang either. That only ever got me Bad Ends 1 and 2.

The endings are numbered in the order of how commonly beta testers (or players) obtained them before the game's official release, with 1 being the most encountered ending (one of Cassie's tragic endings; the reason why her route was made easier) and 42 being the easiest to evade (in this case, Quill's chibi death that occurs without Fumi getting involved).

From what I remember from the devs telling me the chibi bad ends with fumi are somewhat random with which one for that character she will show so you might just need keep trying til you get it.

I can’t for the life of me figure out the “What goes up” ending for quill. I’ve tried everything, told Fumi she was in the bedroom, played normally for the next like 4 days, tried NOT telling fumi she was in the bedroom and just that I’d seen her and then playing for the next like 4 days. I can’t figure it out! Is it just broken and now giving me it? Or am I doing something wrong!
