You have to load in-game, go find a car, and press the same button as you sit in your bus cockpit (most likely C button).

For this achievement to work you need to have Cologne (Köln) unlocked before doing this achievement.

Start a new route from Cologne or finish the route in Cologne, doesn't matter. Before starting the game, set your date to 17th August. When you finish your route you should get this achievement.

Driven through new years eve, or walked, or idled, or ... whatever!


Before doing your selected route, set your date to December 31st and select time before the midnight (so something about ~23:50 or whatever). When in-game time hits 00:00 January 1st, you will get this achievement. You don't necessarily need to drive, you just have to be in game.
