Both apps are available for free, and the functions you want to use, such as colour curves and layers are easy to use. No magic is involved and a crash course of 15-20 minutes suffices fully for those simple image enhancements functions - provided you are familiar with Microsoft Paint e.g.



The image with the sailor uniform is actually a combination of two images which make use of two different depth of field focus points


By using the right image as top and the left as bottom (after adding alpha channel aka transparency to the top), cutting the top image at the correct parts creates a result which gives the illusion of a more sophisticated depth of field usage ~



Select by Colour -> Invert Selection e.g. is a simple and easy way to make good use of the greenscreen (add alpha channel aka transparency to the layer beforehand)

Utilising the Screenshot Tools can provide you a good basis for other uses as well.

Unlike the famous Midjourney this app can be installed and run for free from your own PC.

Tip: if you want to try it out - it takes very long to install it - be patient (three hours for me)
The installer for Windows makes it very easy - but beware: your security setup might complain with plenty of false positives, as the stuff which is simplified is originally advanced programming stuff. Do not use it if you feel uncomfortable with that ~ that put aside, it is safe to use as it does exactly what it says (that and considering the fact that the code of the installer is made public)
