Where to build
In the tutorial you have do build a straight road and on the left side there is a small strip of land where you can fit a kitchen, entertainmentroom, bathroom and a bedroom.
How to build
My Layout looks like tis
Bedroom
The Bedroom is 3x2 and contains 1 Bed and 1 Locker (Not needed)
Bathroom
The Bathroom is the biggest room with 3x4 it contains 1 stall, 1 sink, 1 handdryer and 1 shower
Kitchen
The Kitchen is 3x3 but you can also build it 2x3 it contains 1 vending machine and 1 Bin so that there is no rubbish on the floor.
Entertainmentroom / Staff Breakout room
The Staff Breakout room is 3x3 and it contains 1 double couch and 1 small tv

You don't need a kitchen or bedroom, you can get away with a 3x3 breakroom including an arcade, a snacks machine, a coffee machine, and a trash bin. I tried running that with 6hrs shift, 2hrs break for a while, they'll use the bathroom twice, but it still fits in the 2 hrs break and satisfies all needs.

You may need to set up break times for them. If there isn't enough break time for them to do everything they need that can also be an issue. If you are using the stove/fridge, you must also have a sink or none of it works.

how do you get the employees to cook as i set up most of the stuff they need but they don't do any thing and go hungry any help with that?

double couch with small TV makes employees go on an infinite loop of sitting and standing sometimes if the TV is facing the left side of the couch. Just use arcade machines, 1x2 and faster. You also don't need a kitchen, you can put a vending machine and trash can in the break room. If you schedule well you don't need a bedroom either, just a big coffee machine in the break room.
