Prerequisites

To have built the Atelier in Sardonica
Having unlocked Romy
Federica joined your team; it is possible to do the method without her, but I was at that point
Have the skills "Duplication" and "Link Morph" in the Skill Tree
- Medicinal Powder > Max Quality 300 > Duplication
- Medicinal Powder > Max Quality 300 > Max Quality 500 > Link Morph
Not mandatory but recommended:
- The DLC that gives gems at the beginning of the game, starting capital
- The two "Extra Ingredient +2" skills (Above Link Morph), if you don't have them, you will have SP with this method to buy them

I abused the technique a bit too much, and now I have completed the Skill Tree
All I can say is that you can farm even more gems
Once all the skills are learned, four additional skills are available for purchase, one of which doubles the gems obtained! Almost 40000 gems obtained for a single water

Step One : Ingrediens and Synth

You will need at least three Eternal Crystals, which you can buy in sets of three from Romy for 5 Gold Coin
Go back to the Atelier, then synthesise a Traverler's Water Orb
Use ONLY two Core Ingredients (The Zettel and a Stone)
- If you can, add just one more Zettel, to maximise the material loop (so two Zettels with three points each will do)
- If you can't, go to the next step, but you will need a fourth crystal
Use Link Morph on the Zettel, and use a Eternal Crystal, which will replace the effect with "Synth Quantity +1"; use other crystals to raise it to +3 if necessary
Use any item for the "Quality" loop at the top
Use again crystals on the last loop, to get "Synth Quantity +4"
DO NOT increase Traverler's Water Orb's quality! Synthesise now, you get one (Or maybe multiple, I don't remeber) Traverler's Water Orb with "Quantity Synth +4"

Step Two : The Infinite Loop

Duplicate your Traveler's Water Orb never use your last copy, otherwise you will have to repeat step 1
Synthesise a Super Pure Water
Use a "Gases" item for the green loop (any item), and then use a maximum of Traveler's Water Orb with Synth Quantity +4
Depending on the number of orbs you have, you will have more or less Super Pure Water
Use "Gem Reduction" and use all your Super Pure Water, without exception
If you still have orbs left, which is the case if you have duplicated a lot, continue to synthesise
If you only have one orb left, start again from step two, starting from the duplication of the orb

Now you can enjoy lots of gems for the Item Rebuild, and you get SP for every Super Pute Water created!
To earn even more SP, buy the skills in the Skill Tree, but most importantly, use Item Rebuild and level up your items a lot!

Tips

Buy "Extra Ingredient +2" first! In addition to speeding up the process, using more orbs will increase the quality of Super Pure Water, giving you more gems!
Never increase the quality of orbs, as these will cost you more to duplicate, but will not increase the quality of Super Pure Water enough to "pay you back"
If you lack "Gases" items, you can easily get them from the mushrooms and plants near the Atelier in Sardonica

This method may not be the most practical and quickest, but it has the advantage of being able to be used at the beginning of the game! After buying the Item Rebuild and its upgrades, it is possible to create absolutely super-powerful equipment!

i put the Ultra Purity trait on a Taboo Drop. made it quality 999. i have to check the level it is now, but i got 10 million gems in 2 minutes XD. best thing to do is check your Container if you allready have a raw material with that trait and see if you can add it to a synthesis.

Regarding "Gases" items - you can create a simple, low quality Blue Neutralizer with "Gasses" category by throwing some bolt fish at it. Then you can duplicate this Blue Neutralizer and never need to leave the Atelier for another "Gases" item.

im dumb, the romy must be the sardonica one, romy from other regions dont sell eternal crystals

No problem :) Hopefully they don't patch it out, farming gems early-game in the previous ryza games was pretty tedious, so I'm kinda glad I can just cheese a whole bunch really quick.

Your method work much better! With mass of Super Pure Water, I can get more than 9 999 999 gems in a few minutes!

I suggest you to maximise the quality AND of course, apply the "UItra Purety" super trait (Make sure it is not locked)

Actually, just found a better loophole while testing with this. The "Ultra-Purity" super trait apparently only increases the gem reduction payout without raising the duping cost, so you can put that onto the water, dupe as many as you can, then reduce all but 1 back into gems at a roughly 80% markup (based on the one I made at least), and repeat until you have all the gems you want. I wonder if they'll patch that out? i'm gonna abuse it for now though :P

You can actually use a second (or third) zettel in the zettel node before morphing to get the full 6 points of elements needed, to save on eternal crystals.

Hey, sorry, I don't know, Romy had the crystals from the start in my game; are you sure you are using the Coin Exchange option? :/
Before I went back to Kurken, she didn't offer any, it's possible her stock changes from day to day
