This is a basic list of the achievements in Revita, each achievement corresponds with a fruit on the tree and will have an ingame unlock associated with it.
If you have notes that you think will be particularly helpful for specific achievements, please leave it in the comment and i'll add it in.

Estimated 100% difficulty: 9/10
Approximate amount of time for 100%: >75 Hours?
Minimum Playthroughs: A ton. (anywhere from 50-200 probably)

Recommend just playing through normally until you complete shard 30, try new weapons, take different paths and enjoy the ride while you can, because then it starts getting very very grindy.

When doing unlocks from the beast, I recommend holding off on unlocking Legendaries until at least shard 20 and having a search for what the unlock does first on the Revita Wiki - https://revitagame.fandom.com/wiki/Relics
This is because purchasing them will give you it for the run (up to 2), which can help with certain achievements and also adds it to the loot pool for all future runs, so you don't want to unlock useless relics to dilute the pool.
Easy Tier
These are all unlocked via normal gameplay, you'll easily get these via normal completion of runs and increasing your shards

Calm caldarium unlocked by putting 2 full shields onto the snow statues in Arid Athenaeum

Lost and Alone
Refuse to pick up a pickup and leave the room instead
That is the Wrong Key
Hold at least 10 Keys in a run at once (without having Skeleton Key)
Just horde them, don't go into any rooms. Can be done at the same time as 12 Max HP at once as you won't be spending much
Medicine
Collect 10 HP pickups in a single run
Healthcare
Gain at least 4 max HP during a run purely by overhealing
Holding On
Make it through an entire boss fight with 0.5 HP
You'll become adept at killing the first boss, just get your HP low beforehand and do a no-hit
Crazy Crates
Open 3 small chests in a run
Pure RNG, but you'll unlock a chest which lets you open it multiple times for health, you can open it 3 times for this challenge.
Chest Chest
Find a smaller chest inside a small chest
Pure RNG
Tinkerer
Fully upgrade 4 Relics at the blacksmith during one run
Stock up on health/Hammers, upgrade the cheaper relics (1.5HP to full upgrade)
Reassemble
Recycle 4 Relics via the twins in a single run and win
You'll have to recycle a relic every metro and then finish the run
Healthy
Have 12 max HP in a run at once
You'll need relics which grant MaxHP or play safe and overheal a ton
True Knight
Have 12 shields in a run at once
You'll need relics which generate shield, or be insanely lucky
Legendary
Collect 3 legendary Relics in a single run
Easiest done by waiting for a golden train ticket (gives a legendary relic), then unlocking 2 legendary relics from the beast
Stronger Together
Have at least 3 familiar Relics at the same time
Solar System
Have at least 3 orbital Relics at the same time
Rabbit's Foot
Achieve at least +50% luck in a single run
RNG for relics with +luck
Easily Flammable
Die due to getting hit by your own explosives
Load in and shoot the floor with the rocket launcher until you die
Floor is Lava
Beat a room without touching the ground after the first hit
Easily obtained via either of the 'Wings' relics
Sandbag
Listen to the Dummy questioning your motives
Shoot -> Speak -> Shoot -> Speak , to the training dummy in the base basement
Cat Appreciator
Pet the cat a total of 10 times
Cat is by the caretaker
Lil' Lads
Beat a run and don't disturb any small critters
Uncertainty
Use a reroll machine 3 times in a single shop
Reroll machine is unlocked by blueprints, you'll need 3HP to keep rerolling
Kick it!
Get nothing from the same vending machine twice in a row
Professional Vendor
Get 3 pickups from the same vending machine in a row
Well Prepared
Fill up a health machine fully
You'll need to donate 10 total HP to the machine
Hooked
Steal from a shop
Get the hookshot celestial weapon, then go to the far side of the market where you can't see the shopkeeper, target the item and hook!
Arcade Kid
Empty out a claw machine without failing once
You need I think 7 or 8 total available HP to empty the machine
Black Friday
Clear out 5 shops during a single run
Buy everything. Remember to keep 1 key in stock every area so that you can enter the room.
An Eye for Sparklies
Buy something from the metro merchant before entering the second area
Get to the first metro with 0 relics, and you'll get the special metro merchant instead of the blacksmith.
Wares of Unknown Origin
Visit a Black Market
I think RNG? Replaces regular market on sepulcher
Corrupted
Hold at least 5 Curses in a run at once
Cursed Crates
Open a cursed chest in each area of a run and win
Don't donate anything to the angel statue and the cursed chest will spawn before the boss.
Cursed Tradition
Beat a run in which you obtain at least 5 Curses, while always picking the rightmost Curse
Recommend doing this one at the same time as the above Cursed Crates challenge
Ill Equipped
Beat a full run while having the custom shard modifier, cursed relics, set to the maximum
All relics will be cursed, Hopefully you didn't unlock the 'safety blanket' legendary from the beast yet…?
False Hearts
Beat a full run, while having at least 8 corrupted hearts
Use custom shard modifier to reduce maximum health, or RNG based and take on a ton of curses…
Rift Journey
Enter 2 Corrupted Rifts in a single run
RNG
Astrologian
Collect 3 Celestial Weapons in a single run
RNG, look out for the astrology statue, or relic which gives celestial weapon.
True Chaos
Beat a full Chaos Ticket run on Shard 15 or higher
Unfocused
Beat a run and do not focus in at least 2 different areas
Best done in the first 2 areas, with the relic 'Starry Orb' which gives stats when the soul gauge is full. That way the souls don't go to waste.

Theres a secret wall in Fungi Tunnels, Alternatively do the first part of the 'Crown secrets' scavenger hunt from Shard 10 onwards (Guide linked below)
SPEEEED
Beat a run in under 20 minutes
You'll need some reasonable RNG for good DPS, then just sprint through, you won't want to stop for many side rooms except chests as they are fast. You'll need to average <4 mins per zone.
Pacifist
Defeat a boss without shooting once
Familiars/Orbitals
Humble
Beat a run without picking up any Relics along the way
Prepare for a boring run, can be done at Shard 0
Nearsighted
Defeat Denial, by shooting them while they have their eye open
Friends till the End
Defeat Anger without defeating any other enemies during the fight
Old and Forgotten
Uncover the Forgotten Station
Found while following the 'Crown secrets' scavenger hunt from Shard 10 onwards(Guide linked below)
Let it Spin
Defeat Bargaining while they are spinning on the ground
Can't outrun your Problems
Defeat Depression without dashing and without getting hit twice
House Key
The bedroom door is now permanently opened on Shard 5 and above
Follow the 'ticking tower top door' guide, or figure out the puzzle yourself! Unlocks at Shard 5 - Why not try visiting the Hollow Hives?
Deep Below
Uncover the Last Refuge
You'll need the bedroom door key to progress

Shoot the relics (once you have the relevant unlock)

Collect a total amount of 1000 Soul Coins

Priestess in Funginated tunnels, or theres a relic which removes them

Accept a corrupted room deal 10 times

20 Coins per, so you'll need 600 coins total for this. Best to do over multiple runs as the tickets are discarded after each run.

Catch 20 different types of fish
Play the fishing minigame
Fish fear me
Catch 40 different types of fish
Marine Expert
Catch all different types of fish
Play the fishing minigame a ton.
Lured In
Obtain every single fishing lure
You'll get lures while fishing, look for blue sparklies on fishes to fish out a chest containing 20 coins and a random lure.
Gun Expert
Unlock every single Soul Gun variant
Requires beating the game with each gun type at Shard 10 or higher. Then unlocking which costs 10+20 Coins per gun type.
Gunslinger
Beat a run at least once with every Soul Gun type
Skill Check Tier
These ones are hard and require perfect play or play at high shard levels.

Unleash the Loop Lord
Over multiple runs, get boss mementos (don't get hit by the boss), then look for a hidden wall in the final 'Last Refuge' area. You need all 5 mementos.
Loop
Beat a looped run
Unleash the loop lord then you'll be able to loop instead of finishing a run. You only keep a percentage of relics, but retain stats and curses.

Beat a full run on at least Loop 3

Beat a full run on at least Loop 5

Obtain your first golden Soul Gun
Beat the game at shard 30
Gun Expert Deluxe
Obtain the golden version of every single Soul Gun variation

NPC found to the left of the metro spawn in each area, requires the boss memento and coins and nails (Quite a lot of them in total).

Visit every normal and alt area in a single run
Loop and take the alternate paths
Child of the Forest
Beat the Gazing Grove without taking a single hit
Child of the Sewer
Beat the Fungated Funnels without taking a single hit

Beat the Hollow Hives without taking a single hit
Child of the Library
Beat the Arid Athenaeum without taking a single hit

@Fot23 - I believe you just have to beat acceptance but I don't have the achievement myself. Im basing this on the fact that you can achieve Humble 'beat a run without collecting relics' at Shard 0, so I would expect the in game logic to be the same.

Hi, this is highly useful
But I got a question: To get the achievement of "Not even a scratch" you have to beat the secret boss? Or it counts if you only beat Acceptance?

regarding black market, skipping regular shop 3 times supposedly will gurantee it.
