Introduction
After about 100 hours, I finally got all the achievements, so I thought I would share some tips for other Singleplayer out there. Please feel free to write your own tips in the comments, or correct me if I'm wrong somewhere.
Work Smart
I found this achievement easiest to do with the Steaks. You can do it on the very first day.
Place the following in a 3x3 grid:
- Empty spot in the middle for you to stand
- Table and 2 chairs
- Fridge
- Plates
- Hob
- Sink
- Counter

You could do it differently, but being surrounded will keep you from accidentally leaving the tile you started on.
Overtime 15 (also Overtime 5 and Overtime 10)
The Tray Stand will be your best friend.
Choose the cards wisely. Some come with -15% less clients, is that worth it if it require you to make bread and slice it and toast it? I rarely think so. The cards are randomized (I have been playing for more than 100 hours and I don't think I've seen them all yet) so part of it is getting lucky.

Some recipes are easier than others in Singleplayer. I personally favoured the Turkey. 1 turkey serves 4 clients. You can cook a raw turkey/keep an already cooked Turkey in the Oven while you carve the previous one, not taking counter space. A Portioner will be a great help if you can get it, saving you time as you won't need to carve the bird. I also regularly use a Grabber and a Frozen Prep Station to keep cooked turkey portions ready at all times.
The soups or side dishes (Gravy, Mashed potatoes, Bamboo, etc.) can be kept in Freezers and Portioners can be useful later on as well.

About blueprints
I have been known to have three or fours Blueprint Cabinets in my restaurant. I keep blueprints I have no intention of buying so the next day I can Reroll my blueprints and hopefully get better ones. I try to reroll every time I
A) Will have more than 100 coins after paying for the Reroll
B) Have more than 5 blueprints I am not interested in buying
C) Have one empty Blueprint Cabinet or more
Fireman, This Is Fine, Charcoal Factory and Oh No
To get these Fireman and This Is Fine, you need to complete the day with at least 10 appliances on fire at once and or complete the day when the restaurant has been on fire for more than 15 seconds. You can do both at the same time.
It is easier to do with an extra-large map. Keep all the counters and appliances that you don't use in your kitchen in a separate room, then make something burn on a Danger hob or in a microwave (by closing the door on something that can't be cooked).
I generally start the fire as soon as the day start and let it burn throughout the day. Once the day is over, the appliances will be good as new.

Charcoal Factory requires a Danger Hob and a Gas Safety Override.

Oh No requires you to start a fire next to a customer. Start the fire as soon as you want, the customer will sit down regardless. Don't serve the customer so they stay put. Sorry.
Anti-social, Safety Last and Circle Line
These achievements require you to get multiple specific appliances. I find this easier to do with a mod called EnhancementMod, available for free on the Workshop. With it, you can add the appliances you need for free. It is possible to get these achievements without the mod (I only used it for Anti-social because I never got an Ordering Terminal).

Anti-social
You need a Counter, a Grabber, a Table and a Ordering Terminal.
Take the orders with the terminal, then put the dish(es) on the Counter, letting the Grabber bring it to the Table. This is easier when done in the first few days of the game.
You cannot put the dish directly on the Grabber. You might be able to do without the Ordering Terminal if you have the card where clients order without contact.

Safety Last
You need Trainers and a Sharp Knife. During playtime or in Practice mode, hold the knife and put on the Trainers.

Circle Line
You will need 4 Conveyors/Grabbers/Rotating Grabbers/Smart Grabbers. Arrange them in a 2x2 grid so each point towards another. Place an item (such as an empty plate) on one and watch it go around.

@Bluotic I didn't know the Enhancement Mod wasn't available anymore (this guide is already a year old!). After a quick search on the workshop, Stuff On Demand might be a good replacement. Be aware, I haven't tested this mod and so cannot endorse it fully.

does anyone have a good replacement mod for enhancement since its no longer functioning?

@articery: That's interesting. I'll have to try to confirm. Thank you for your comment!

you can get circle line with just 2 dumbwaiters. just put it in the first, open the 2nd dumbwaiter, then open the first again

@bobberdude04: Are you talking about the "Circle Line" achievement?

I accidentally got it with just a grabber and a conveyor. Had them pointed at each other and put a dirty plate on the counter behind the grabber. They passed it back and forth and I got the achievement

@Thia: Yep, I could just accept the orders from customers directly at the table and the trophy still popped. From what I remember I pretty much took the orders and had one conveyor belt going straight to their table.
This way I didn't serve them directly, but just needed to put the food on a belt.

@Betatier: If I understand, your solution doesn't require the Ordering Terminal, right? It sounds possible. I haven't tried using a Conveyor belt to deliver the food, only a Grabber, and I didn't get this achievement when I was putting food directly on it. Maybe it's been fixed in a recent update.

Turns out that for Anti-social it's actually fine to take the order from the table, as long as the food gets sent automatically, e.g. via a conveyor belt
