Once you enter test chamber #16, use the excursion funnel along with the propulsion gel (explained in the above guide link) to get rid of just two of the turrets, it does not really matter which ones you get rid of, just make sure to save one.

Once you have eliminated two of the three turrets you need to find a way to get that last one and place it in front of the monitor, the turret will then break it. Save your game now as it will probably take a few tries. I got the turret by placing a [blue] portal at the end of the excursion funnel, then the {orange} one under me. Ride up the funnel just a split second and then place the [blue] portal on one of the side surfaces above the turret. If you did it right, you will fall through the {orange} portal underneath you and came out of the portal above the turret. Once you are on your way down, make sure to press "C" so that you do not bounce on the propulsion gel. Immediately grab the turret so that it does not shoot you, (grabbing it will flip it around so that it faces away from you). Once you have the turret in your hands, place it in front of the monitor and it will shoot it, if you got all the other monitors from other chambers, you will get the achievement.
