So once again, it doesn't really matter in the sense of story-telling purposes, because the result of the game remains the same. By that definition, it isn't a true consequence, at least not in the same vein as other VNs where your choices actually DO affect the outcome.
If anything, this game is quite boring in that respect, because nothing major ever happens.
as I put it on my guide, there was no real consequences for chosing.
Nothing along the likes of say, Katawa Shoujo. Which for the record, is an amazing
game that is worth playing. It's free too.
