Once you have a comfortable chunk of gold set aside
Start popping the shop potions and also repurchasing them as you progress through story I'm up to a total of 15 diff kinds atm for 84k gold a purchase easily recoup-able later in the game.

Always go with stamina discount from mini games and do every one till won. it makes the students have to rest less often.

focus buildings that will give buffs to reduction of cost for upgrades first to save resources early game so max left most research tree first every time you get a new batch of students (Academy Tab of Research)

After Elias, your focus should be the buildings that buff student hp and att % followed by energy recoup (refer to legend)

ALWAYS BE RESEARCHING SOMETHING

-Use achievements as an Arc Stone source as needed you won’t have room for all the achievement arcstones so let them sit unclaimed until you need them and upgrade the silo so you can hold more it'll be a limiting factor for research projects.

-Silo Blueprint CHEST (could be RNG) is behind the Woodsman (Mokosil Forest-DEEPWOODS FALL teleport) you can sneak it without combat but escape the field boss if it activates and your not ready for it.

-Grab all the red events in the bottom-left corner for increased stat gains whenever possible
later there will be quests you can redo every four months plus errands to give you a bump in Arc Stone it is the most limiting resource.

-Once you hit the forest follow the Woodsman Guide near the bottom after Elias to grab ~73k gold a kill rinse and repeat at the tent to get your funds up to ~300k for a good buffer

-You probably, don't need more than ~2 mil. to achieve all research and upkeep (that's an extremely highball figure).
