Doing all the Woman in Pursuit of the "Ultimate" quests will get you most of the cooking recipes needed for The Secret Chef! Achievement. There are 5 other recipes locked behind Normal and Character quests.

The "Wild Meat" and "Secrets of Taste" Character quests, and "An Unexpected Fishing Contest", "Sympathy Among Countrymen" and "I've Got This One Too" Normal Quests all give a recipe aswell. If you are going for achievements you will need to do all the Character quests and most of the Normal quests anyway so you should get these five recipes just by playing.

I would recommend waiting until near the end of the game before doing these as you will probably have most of the items required already just from playing the game.
