Introduction
Want the achievements associated with winning 20 Extreme Battles but nobody is ever on those cabinets in the Battle Hub?

Thankfully you can grind these offline. Instead of going to the Battle Hub (online), head on over to Fighting Grounds (offline).

This method only requires one controller as well.
Match Setup
Once in the Fighting Ground, head to the 'Special Match' column and choose 'Extreme Battle.'

Choose to be Player 1 obviously and leave Player 2 as a CPU.

On the next screen, choose the 'Down & Out' Rule paired with 'No Gimmicks.'

Next, pick whichever character you want; it doesn't really matter. I personally did this with Luke.

Choose whomever for the CPU but make sure you set CPU Level to 1.
Grinding Wins
Now we simply need to grind out 20 wins. Each round should take less than 10 seconds a piece!

The point of 'Down & Out' is to knock down the opponent 5 times to win, which is much faster than all of the other rule sets. How can we do this the fastest? We'll simply sweep them with one button over and over.

When the match starts, simply dash up to your opponent and sweep them (Crouch HK). 9 times out of 10 the AI won't block it and will get knocked down. Repeat until you've won both rounds.

Tip: Press START on your controller after the KO to skip both the 1st round dance/taunt and the match-winning cutscene to get right back into the next match quicker.
Celebration
Congratulate yourself on 20 speedy wins and newfound achievements like this happy guy:

There is still one achievement to spectate an Extreme Battle and for that you can go to any arcade machine in the Extreme Battle podium in the Batlle Hall and select 'Specate.'

P.S. Not sure if something went wrong with my session or if this is just how SF6 handles offline modes, but I had to click into Steam to make the achievements "pop." Their timestamps were still correct for when they were earned.
