I confirm "Save 7" works as of this post. There is a small purple spot (NW corner of big green square) on Jefferson street for the final turf war. Also, you must purchase the final property to unlock the "Ain't Nothing But a G Thing" achievement.

I need a gang wars savefile, but It does not work. I do everything you said to do, but the achievement doesnt pop up.
