Going Up!
I think there are two options.

First is the way I got it...

After the Anti-Gravity anomaly I won the game, but didn't take the stairs out. I turned back and wanted to look at the anomaly again, but I found the elevator.

It took me back to the start

Second is the Endless Elevator anomaly.
I'm not sure if it gives you the achievement, but you could try instead of waiting for the bug.



Permitted Items Only
Take the cup or orange ball (cup is easier in my opinion) and win the game....
BUT BEFORE you go up the stairs THROW it out of the station! DON'T GO AND HOLD IT! It won't give you the achievement!


Poster Surfing!
It's easy but a little tricky^^
Take a poster off of the wall...

Go to the wall at the piano (was the easiest to hold for 20 seconds) and go backwards until you go up. Hold it 20 seconds!
