Intro
The developers have created their own article about supply a few months after this was published, you can check their guide on this here[reforger.armaplatform.com]

Spawning in, taking items from the arsenal, creating buildings, and requesting/repairing vehicles all consumes supply in the Conflict game mode.

Every time you spawn, you consume the amount of supplies that your kit is worth. When you save custom loadouts at the arsenal you will consume the cost of supplies of your new kit the next time you spawn with it.

Supplies can be obtained from base buildings, depots, and caches. With each building having its own local supply dump that must be interacted with directly in order to transfer supplies. When consuming supplies, all the buildings within a point share the same supplies from a shared supply pool.

For every base with a complete radio link to your Main Operating Base (MOB), that base receives a passive regeneration of supplies equivalent to the amount of connections.

Control points (objectives with pink/purple text in bold on the map) have a higher rate of supply regeneration than other bases.

In order for a base to receive supply, a base only needs to be within your radio signal and does not require a radio.

The more bases connected, the more the supply per tick, with up to 5 connections to achieve the highest supply rate, giving up to +5 for regular bases, and slightly multiplied rate of up to +15 for control points (purple name on map). A maximum amount of 1500 supplies can be provided by passive regeneration via these connections. After that, its up to you to deliver/redistribute those supplies in order for more to passively generate.

Certain points on the map have additional starting supplies because they have supply caches within the radius of the command tent. (See Everon - Cache Locations for the most relevant locations of these)

For every building added to a point, it also increases the total supply capacity (but adding more buildings does not increase capture time for the enemy). These buildings require you to unload supplies directly at them in order to contribute to the shared supply pool.

See "Base Structures" for a table of supply capacity

To summarize, the more connections there are to a base, the more passive supplies generated, and the more buildings the more supplies it can hold.

Finding Supplies
Several locations with supplies exist outside of your bases. Supply depots are one of these and are indicated by a green icon on the map. They are usually guarded by FIA that may respawn over time (unless the server has them disabled, such as the 128 player Official servers). The supplies themselves also regenerate after some time passes.

Hidden supply caches are another quicker but usually one time option for obtaining supplies. For small towns these are hidden inside barns, garages, the attics of multistory houses or stored out in the open as shipping containers around dockyards and industrial areas. See Everon - Cache Locations for more information.

Strategy
The priority of logistics will vary depending on the situation on the map and length of time that the mission has been running. If possible you should always communicate with your team and ask them where supplies are needed, but more often than not you will be left on your own and should make the best judgement possible on where to deliver supplies. Every base should have a radio relay to allow capture of further bases and to increase the passive supply generation to other bases. Forward operating bases (points close to contested areas) should have ample supplies to support spawning in of players and assets for your team.

The premise is to take the highest capacity and quickest supply vehicle to the nearest supply depot, clear out the AI defending it if necessary, retrieve the supplies, and deliver them to the location that needs them most:

Your Main Operating Base, that everyone spawns at originally (if it is early game and being actively used)
Your Forward Operating Bases (if they need to be defended or are being used to assault other points)

New game
On the start of a new game you are allocated 600 starting supplies at the Main Operating Base (MOB), including 2 vehicles if you are USSR and 3 if you are US- one of these vehicles is a heavy truck. Your priority should be to drive the heavy truck to retrieve supplies from Supply Depots or Caches as soon as possible. Those staying at the main operating base should always build a radio antenna first before anything else. REMEMBER: A radio is not necessary for a base to receive supply, a radio will let you capture and increase the supply to other bases.
REMEMBER: As of 1.3 a radio is required to receive supply at a base.

Note: Early game, taking supplies from your spawn base (MOB) and ferrying them over to other bases is looked down upon early game and can lead to other players vote kicking you from the server if your base is already low on supplies.

Supply Duplication
Edit: According to the changelog of 1.3.0.130, the following has been fixed.

Although an exploit, it is possible to double or triple your supplies (especially on new game). This is accomplished by rapidly dragging and dropping the supplies from the command tent or supply point onto the grid (to drop them on the ground). This works best on servers that have horrible latency and server FPS (which is most of Official Bohemia Interactive servers which are hosted by Nitrado), you can spot these servers by the huge delay in time from how long it takes for a supply point to load and show the current/maximum supplies. When you do this, the supplies will drop onto the ground, faster than the server can update the amount in the supply point, thus duplicating your supplies.

This is against the rules in most servers. I heavily discourage you to do it because it is considered unsportsmanlike conduct and you can be banned.
If you see someone do it, ping to Game Master [Y] and/or report it.

Rapid Radio Relay
A tactic for quickly expanding to other control points is to drive a supply vehicle from base to base after clearing each one, delivering just enough supplies to build a radio, and then stripping the base of all its supplies to move them onto the next one that needs a radio.

Dump & Respawn
For bases that regularly have a high regeneration rate, and 1500+ supplies, if the base is not being used, it is wasteful to let the supplies sit around. Get your vehicle of choice, be it truck or helicopter and ferry those supplies over to a base that needs them. If you really want to be as effective as possible, when you deliver the supplies, decommission the vehicle and respawn back at the originating base to quickly start your next delivery.

Scorched Earth
While there is no easy way to destroy supplies, you can drop expensive items like radio backpacks (200 supply) or supplies (up to 100) on the ground by dragging them from the supply dump onto the grid in the inventory menu, thus dropping them on the ground. These supplies will eventually despawn over time. Disassembling the radio from a base will also potentially cut off the enemies connection to other bases should they recapture it. Both of these are useful scorched earth tactics to deprive the enemy of supply and connection to other bases.

Grinding to Captain/Major
Delivering supplies is one of the fastest ways to rank up quickly. The best way to deliver as many supplies as possible is to find a base very close to a supply depot (green circle on in-game map) and repeatedly deliver supplies from the supply depot to the base. You will need a large storage capacity at the base to keep delivering there, so build many Arsenals or Heavy Vehicle Depots, or spend the supplies on expensive items such as vehicles, radio backpacks, buildings.

Note: Spawning in many vehicles, buildings, items has been claimed to cause server performance issues due to an increase in entities that need to be replicated by the server for other players. Doing this may seriously have adverse effects on server FPS.
Vehicles & Loading/Unloading
To load/unload supplies, the vehicle trunk or cargo compartment should be facing the direction of the supplies/storage area. To initiate this action, point at the trunk of the vehicle to show the context menu and hold F:

There is an exception for loading/unloading the following vehicles as they have no trunk:
BTR-70 (side door)

Mi-8T (side door)

UH-1H (side passenger door)

Note: You are only rewarded experience points to rank up by unloading supplies at a destination. Anyone can unload supplies and only the person who unloads it is awarded experience. The act of transporting supplies does not award any experience like transporting team mates does.

Transferring supplies can also be achieved using the inventory menu. This lets you transfer supplies from one vehicle to another.
To do this you drag and drop supplies from one vehicles trunk/cargo to another.

To open two vehicles/containers simultaneously on the inventory menu, middle mouse click one of the them.

Note: Transferring of supplies with the inventory menu is generally quicker and also critical when recovering supplies from a damaged/flipped vehicle, or if the interaction context menu is bugging out.

You can even carry supplies in your inventory by dragging them on your clothing.

Everon - Cache Locations
Some towns or dockyards in Everon have hidden supply caches that are immediately recognizable by wooden supply crates or shipping containers and an interaction sign. In small towns, they are mostly located within barns, garages, and attics of multistory buildings. However, in larger towns such as Saint-Philippe or Lamentin, large shipping container caches are more common and around dockyards, airfields, and industrial areas.

When a supply cache is within the radius of a command tent, it is automatically included in the supply pool. This is the case for towns such as Coastal Base Chotain, Saint Philippe, Provins, Lamentin, or Morton.

These supply caches are not the same as supply depots that have an icon on the map. AI and supplies will not respawn and defend these.
- Downloadable Map Everon
In the links below you can download an image that contains all cache locations and it's supply amount that exist in Everon. It can be used to easily locate them during a game to give you an upper hand.

These cache points can be used to save time when doing supply runs and also avoid ambushes that can happen on the main supply depots, or even to deploy a radio backpack within it's range to have more spawns when attacking.

Arland - Cache Locations
Arland has fewer supply caches than Everon, but the western half of the island has the highest concentration of them, with these being found on the Airfield in the two large ammo bunkers and the dirt road the on the west coast leading south toward the Military Training Area. In the East, the Arleville/Moss Hill area has the second highest concentration of supply caches, but it is still insignificant compared to the Airfield. The third location is Beauregard, which has two caches next to each other just outside and to the west of the control point on the docks.

Since these are not supply depots, AI will not respawn there to defend them and neither will the supplies respawn.

From my observations, no, there does not appear to be any difference in capture time in relation to the amount of buildings constructed at a control point.

@SKELETOR+ You are right, how did I miss that!?
Thanks for pointing that out, I'll update it now.
gnasty gnorc 31 mar @ 18:38
Do base buildings increase the time it takes to capture them? I know they changed it so the radios in range can affect capture speed and may or may not have changed the extra player bonus.

Great guide. Probably the **only** good game play guide for Reforger on steam. I actually don't play now without your map pulled up. Chefs kiss.

One note, you are missing a green circle for the "Industrial" supply depot in between Chotain and Entre-Deux.

Thank you so much for your guide!
Now I can share it with other players and not explain to everyone how and what works

Tell me, please, have you checked how the supplies in the containers work?
Apparently they renew once in a while
purechaos  [skapare] 28 jan @ 8:45
@Æthyrial Legend Hello there, regarding the Power plant supply caches, I have used the vehicle depot and used the supplies that are next to it but only in previous updates, It did not work for me when I was testing and it does not work now when I join official servers - both the supplies and the vehicle depot. So I left it at 0. But yes, I can physically see the supplies there so it might be a bug.
Æthyrial Legend 25 jan @ 2:53
You have the Kermovan Power Plant supply caches marked as 1200 and 0, however the 0 is definitely not 0 (in conflict at least). It's a special supply location that has a heavy vehicle depot built into it (only of its kind afaik). Due to that uniqueness and the fact that it seems to almost never load the supply count when using the local inventory (only able to load there under normal circumstances by using "load by 100"), I assume whatever tools you had didn't show that one correctly.

You also mentioned somewhere in here that AI won't defend these locations, but some (like the Kermovan Powerplant) do have dedicated AI defenders (they won't spawn if the MOB is directly next to the plant), even though the location isn't an officially marked supply depot.
