To achieve this, we need to knock one marshmallow. It is located in the castle near the start. There are two ways to bring it down:

• Climbing a tree (long)
  
• Knocking it down with a slide with a red ball (fast)

For this achievment you must complete the chocolate lake stage without touching a single donut. I don't know for sure if completing the level is required or just the necessary part, but I advise you to complete the level completely with this part. Also, at the moment with the gears, I advise you to wait for the gate to fully open, otherwise it may get bagged (like mine). Also do not be reborn, because it may not count.

You can't touch the balls. It's very difficult to do so be patient/use the method below.
But like with the Route Canal achievement, you can simply skip this step and still get the achievement.

All level “Golf” achievements are terms from golf itself.
The title says it all.
A birdie is the number of strokes that are one less than par. Par is a system of calculating strokes in golf, so you can think of par as zero.
Bogey is the number of strokes that are one more than par.
Mulligan is the second kick attempted without a penalty.
The title is a reference to Metallica's rock song “For Whom The Bell Tolls”
This time the creators made a reference to a verse that is used both in songs and in some roundelays

Apparently the Achievement is a reference to the Lord of the Rings movie series, specifically the moment where Elrond (the elf) tells Isildur (the ruler of the kingdoms) to throw the ring into the lava of the volcano.
Possibly a reference to the “Big Fish, Small Pond” effect, the essence of which is that one feels more confident in circumstances where one is stronger beforehand. For example: Big fish in a small pond. Achievement, however, turns the meaning of the effect upside down and to some extent mocks the small size of the character in comparison to the entire level.
