You can start where ever and whenever. good tip is to keep it simple. Most people when they first start think that if it looks bland add more to the scene. try simple photos first like close ups of people and daily life stuff ( like at an air base or a civ street) with these you will build knowledge and know what you like to do and what you dislike doing :)

Well first of all, I'm using GCam and some Reshade that i found, i used some animation/poses mods with the help of POLPOX's Artwork Supporter so that i can use them at all, for the units and vehicles i think i used the CUP one. And for the trash, burned cars, and all that stuff.. i'm not sure, but there is definitely some PLP mods in there. Oh yeah, and i have the Eden 2.0, Zeus Enhanced, and 3den Enhanced. oh and Milsim HUD just so i could disable the hud.
