In the character profile table, your relationships with the various factions are displayed.


You always start the game with neutral relationships, and by completing missions, you balance these relationships.
You can work for any faction you want, but completing a mission for one faction may damage another, and thus your relationships with the damaged faction can go negative, which in practice means they will shoot at you on sight.

Every action you take, every killing, and completing tasks affect your reputation in the game.

So how to improve damaged relationships?

Their agents can be found in the bars of Puerto Sombra and Puerto Faro.
For a fee, they will improve relationships.

Their agents can be found in bars in both cities; in Puerto Sombra, you will have a
choice: either money or kill the prison director ((guerilas) partisans +15).

Their person sits in the Puerto Sombra bar and will improve relationships to positive for a fee or offer you a job – to kill Commandant Santiago. However, it’s better not to accept the job, as relationships will not improve.

Probably not possible (only by killing their enemies). I recommend completing bandit missions as soon as possible because then you won’t care about your relationships with them.

Drive east from Puerto Sombre and turn left onto the first forest road, then at two more crossroads turn left and at the next two turn right.
You will reach a dead end. Just beyond the end of the road is Cachui’s hut, where you can improve relationships.

Go to the bank in Puerto Sombra and pay 1000 pesos as a contribution to the poor. Damaged relationships with civilians will result in not being employed as a bus driver and a slight increase in the prices of goods and services.
