There are 3 symbols that will translate into "Do, Si, and La" on either Panel A or Panel B. There should be a whiteboard on the wall of the control room that will tell you where to go to see what each button does for both panels.

Once you have what each of the buttons do, look around the control room for a small journal that has a few music notes on it. I found it on a desk to the left of the control panel but I am not sure if the journal moves around. Once you have it there should be only 3 different notes on it (do, si, and la). You need to hit the buttons on the different panels that correspond with the notes in the order shown in the notebook. I am not sure if the order changes each new game, so use the picture of the scale to help figure out which note you have. If you have done it correctly, then you should hear part of a song playing throughout the police station. (For me it was "Connected" by Stereo MCs).

--(This did not break stealth in my game, had a slight panic when music starting blasting in the control room)

Using the scale shown, the order of the notes in my game were as follows:

DO, DO, SI, DO, SI, LA.

In my game all 3 of the notes were part of "Panel A" with DO being the triangle, SI being the circle, and LA being what looked like three standing bullets. So I entered in Triangle, Triangle, Circle, Triangle, Circle, and Bullet into the panel. The timing on the sheet music does not matter for this.
