Step 2: This leads us into the Crew Quarters
Step 3: Before you pick up Roy's Insulin Box, turn around and stare at the spoon on this chair.
Step 4: Enjoy your achievement!

Look at my playtime! - The game is legit 4 hours long - I honestly searched the whole rig top-to-bottom for this thing and it was in his room all along!
