How to Run

Ello you annoyed that you cant spar or do parkour(i suck at it to...)

Well then here is the first step in doing all thoughs first off

1: Since i thought this was self explanitory but since it's not i'll i have to say it Press C then contract both hips and contract abs if you're falling to the floor like an idiot you're doing it correct after that space twice

2: extend both hips and relax both elbows if you're jumping correct so far after that space twice

3:the first step now i like to do this because it give me balance so hold both elbows and extend both pecs you can do that if you want your choise if not just contract both elbows

4:now this it he first step litterally now contract right hip and relax right knee if it shows you doing a step space twice

5: now that thats over now we focus on the other leg but first you have to extend right hip now contract left hip and relax left knee if it shows you doing another step then you are good

6: now if it shows you that you are gonna do a kick then adjust by holding the leg or with your chest those will help you in the long run now try making 4 steps and if you do that try walking to uke helps the balance and helps with other things also if you want to know how to get to a place to practice go to freeplay cntrl+m then it should show you the mods list press x and it will get you to xspar this is a great place to practice running if you need more help add me and ill see what you did wrong all for now and cya

Parkour and other things...
in this section i will give tips on how to do some of the things people do and you will need to practice the following


1.Balance: i say this because if you cant get back up on your feet you won't be able to do a lot of the things so make sure to pratice that


2.waiting: some times you want to do an action but it may be sloppy wait another turn and it might turn bettter this is not the case sometimes

3.climbing: contract your wrist on an ledge and you will be able to stay there and get up

4. running: sometimes you have to tinker with the run in order to run longer

5. jumping: when you jump you should raise your arms to get more momentem also it looks more smoother

6. rolling: when you roll you can regain balance or if you fall a high distance and roll it looks very smooth

Dude the way this is worded is bad you should just do it like

Contract pecks
relax hip
ect.
