1. What i alaways do with kithces i make them 4 but since the major update 5 to make fish oil. Each kitchen is dedicated to their own season .

2. To stock the farm storage its farmers job. The fisher man is doing hes own baits while he have the recources close to him. What i do with workshops when we talk about tools and weapons i que all tools by 1 not more since its takes more time for them to complete all tasks.

3. & 5. i think is the best way to manage the early game warehouses. Im thinking for the middle game we can make 2-3 additional warehouses where one will be dedicater only to hardwood, second boolm, iron nails and coal & 3rd for making cooked warehouse only so you have this out of the way

A second piece would be wood + stone + warehouse + workshop. I think a warehouse is enough for wood and stone at the beginning since these productions will change places constantly. I think that the stone in the mine will have a permanent optimized production, but the wood needs optimization. I've seen it take days for the lumberjack to fill the stock of logs, so you don't just throw them away, you just work to meet the need.

The idea of the pieces is to be able to surround these micro units until the village grows sufficiently and has a large stock of wood and stone to make the large walls and connect these units to each other through the walls.

I'm thinking of an idea to create village pieces to fit together, one of them would be gathering+kitchen+hunting+warehouse(cooked)+warehouse2(raw), in the cooked warehouse there can be seeds and firewood and in the raw warehouse there can be firewood and knives because that's all the cook needs, he'll have a warehouse just for him. One question, why 2 cooks? Won't the food cook faster?
Blackthorne 3 Jun @ 4:33am
I have a question: who takes the seeds to the farm and who takes the food from the farm to the stock? And how do I make the farmer get the manure himself? The fisherman doesn't know how to make bait, what a weak fisherman. The workshop doesn't fit all the tools and weapons needed for automation. I remember that in other versions the builders made their basic tools at least. I think the biggest enemy in this game is the villagers, their own enemies.

Ok i tryed make this shedulles in an game easy map(max time and year) and when i blocked gathering hut 4 Villagers die by hungry. 1 kitchen to 20 Villagers is not enough i think because schedule the Food still in the kitchen and warehouse worker dont pick-up to stock it. I make farms but not see its production.

Blackthorne thank for idea and feedback. I will take it into concideration of progress warehouses for early game, mid game, late game and also when you have too many villagers(this one will be similar to what is right now in guide)

Zenith while im in progress of rework of my guide im abanodning the idea of having schedules for each season since there will be a lof of presets to choose and sometimes i coudnt chose the one i wanted because it was down below. Instead ( a little sneak peak) there will be only general schedules for whole year but also having schedules for 2 shifts but also for 3 shifts(morning, afternoon and night) and also there will be what you wanted as round a clock schedules so when 1 villager is working his last our the next shift start working at the same time

In terms of the early game play there is a guide for that created by someone else so i didnt want to make the same thing as someone else did

Any tips for the beginning of the game, like where to make the campfire? Place tents near and around the campfire for winter. Make the wood first, then the gathering. Have 4 to 6 villagers and stop to stabilize an automation of food and materials. Since the stonecutter always stops because the storage fills up, transfer it to construction or to the barbecue until a suitable one arrives. That kind of thing.
