If you go under "AppData/Local/pseudoregalia/Saved/Config/Windows/" you will need to open the file "engine.ini"
And then add this to it at the end of the ini.

[/script/engine.engine]
bUseFixedFrameRate=True
FixedFrameRate=390


Just change the fps to what you want :)

As nice this is there's one area where game just breaks when going over 144 FPS so just a heads up there.
