How to start

Visit the Pickman Gallery and begin to search for the serial killer Pickman. When you've found him, talk to him or kill him. Whatever you do, you need to get his key, which opens a safe on the ground floor of the Gallery.

Note: Only getting the key will start the sidequest

Next Step

Note: So after leaving the tunnels you've to go back into the gallery building and search for the right picture. When you found it, you can open a safe with the key and will get the legendary weapon "Pickman's Blade".

...before you get the Blade go N.E. to the docks, there is a barge with containers on it... make your was between the Containers and you will find a cage with a Power Armor in it. ...there may be Raiders that do not want you to have it.
